Random Dark!Percy Redemption AU

Percy is left in Tartarus, barely surviving and on the brink of death he strikes a deal with a mysterious being who asks for his most valued possession. With nothing on hand, Percy gives up his Humanity. This leads to him not only surviving but becoming the most feared and ruthless fighter in the underworld. Years later becoming the successor of Tartarus and ruling for 300 years and being breaking the bargain, his humanity returns. Perseus leaves, returning to camp where only 3 years have passed and pretending to have been tortured in Tartarus and escaped. Percy is now stuck dealing with his guilt and unable to tell anyone the truth in fear the camp would reject him. Battling with his literal demons and seeking redemption, how long can he take it.

Life has been a bit much lately. Overall feeling pretty worn out, the past year has been going 100 miles and hour but still feels like it’s dragging on forever. Spent the year getting through my third year at university, handling being president of the drawing club at uni, working part-time, starting and maintaining a health journey, supporting my family and generally keeping sane through a world wide pandemic. Grateful of what  I’ve learnt through the year but boy has it been a journey. Haven’t had any time to draw, but I’m hoping to get back into it cause I miss it so much :( almost finished third year, one week to go until classes finish so I’ll have a couple of months to focus on art until fourth year. Also I’m turning 20?? that’s whack my dudes.
