âYeah, good. Sorry. Perplexing compliment, almost better if I had waited a moment to respond rather than just spew the first thought that came to mind.â Zeke wasnât concerned, not really. He was more surprised that Blue had another layer, likening humans to an onion was seeming more realistic lately. âDancing for fun used to be my thing, yâknow? Used to go to shows just to do it. Fell out of love with it, though. You ever find yourself concerned with how weird other people look doing it and then you fear you look that way, as well?â
âOh! Then..thank you? But I do like to hear your first thoughts. I get full honesty from you, my favorite.â She smiled, the kind of dreamy smile one only got from being a few colorful drinks in. Under any other circumstances she wouldâve been disappointed to hear dancing wasnât such an enjoyment anymore, but instead she found her smile growing as she took his hands into hers. âDancing is joy, though! As long as youâre having a good time, do not care.â She instructed in a flutter of giggles, her lower lip caught between her teeth for a moment as she looked up at him. âYou could never look weird, anyway..trust me.â Blue nodded, vision blurring for a millisecond before she was back again. âSo..dance with me?â There was a pout like presence on her lips, hips still instinctively moving to whatever beat filled the speakers.
