Fidness Bidness

I live in Baltimore and am 22. Working towards total fitness. A healthy BMI (24) would be nice, but that is flawed for someone that lifts. Came close in 10/11th grade. I have been heavy ever since I can remember. Then, throughout highschool I lost probably close to 60lbs. I have no weights from before the weight loss or afterwards. Then, I started putting on weight before college. I would drop 15lbs. during school at UMCP and gain weight during breaks. I would go between 185lbs. and 200+ lbs.. Then, at UMBC it was the same until last summer when everything just went downhill to my current and probably highest weight. Depression makes it all worse. A general fitspo fitblr with an anti-depression twist and a focus on men. Also, I am 5' 6". Asystole Haraheta SW = 237 CW = 230 GW = 180 UGW = 150 LW=180

A short run using the Zombies Run app, followed by a tasty snack. The mission today was well creepy “Can you see over there..by the trees…is that? oh yes…it’s a man…wearing all black…can you see him?” terrifying.
