Download
Credits, details and unedited swatches:
Vampire bed: 4t2 conversion of mundo sims' vampire bed, recolored to include a pink swatch. 2 swatches, poly count reduced to 2439 (low poly).
Coffin pet bed: 4t2 conversion of sims41life's cat coffin bed, with a black bedding recolor added and made bigger to accommodate dogs and cats alike. 3 swatches, custom dirty state, poly count reduced to 1525 (low poly)
Witch end table: 4t2 conversion of hydrangea's bubblegum witch table. It technically works as a dining table too, but I don't recommend putting a chair on both sides as it will clip on one side. 5 swatches, poly count reduced to 1066 (low poly).
Bat wings TV: a frankenmesh of Pixel Vibes' angel TV, converted to sims 2 by jacky93sims, and plumbobsimpants' accessory bat wings, converted to sims 2 by nonsensical-pixels. Recolored to add a pentagram to the back. 2 swatches, poly count reduced to 6372 (medium poly).
Bat wall light: 4t2 conversion of mundo sims' vampire wall light. 1 swatch, 593 poly (low poly).
Bat chair: 4t2 conversion of mundo sims' vampire activity table (but chair only) recolored by me. 4 swatches, poly count reduced to 664 (low poly).
Moon chandelier: 4t2 conversion of simbishy's moon chandelier, made smaller/shorter because I never make 2 story rooms. 1 swatch, 901 poly (low poly).
Satanic Rugs: recolors of maxis' royal first oval rug (the one with the rooster). Textures taken from acatalepsy's occult rug and N0X's mall goth rug.
Not sure how did I manage to miss these Fallout 4 conversions by @beautifulnerdkitty ? Anyway, as soon as I got it I added seat morph animations to livingroom chair mesh and retextured it, I also created lounge version (chair & footrest) and two dining chairs.
Here's the conversion I wanted to make for so long but was too afraid of all the modular items. Until I felt I had enough knowledge and was ready.
This set includes all objects from the kit, a set of wallpapers (panels), two default replacement files (optional) for Maxis book sculptures - Stack Of Books and Strength Of Humanity Book Ends and a collection file. @lordcrumps' shadow file is necessary for the shadows to work correctly, it's included but you can delete it if you have it already. Recolors are merged with meshes.
All book sculptures function as bookcases (like in this set), the rug is one tile only but with auto expanded footprint (so only one obj). The coffee table has slots on the surface and on the ends, near deco books. Stacked books are a bookcase too but also have one slot to put anything on it or stack the same object over to create a book tower. Standard bookcases and book shelves all have slots, bookcase shelves go on walls only (otherwise use moveobjects cheat) and are shiftable to create a modular look. Seams were smoothed where necessary and as always with my objects, no shine or very reasonable (like on glass surfaces). Because all parts are meant to be modular and take up the whole wall when combined, they will clip into ceilings, so be aware of that when taking pics ;)
If you decide to keep the default replacement files for the two book sculptures, i highly recommend also getting this mod ("functional book sculptures") by @midgethetree to make them functional.
Here's some bits and pieces I've converted from @felixandresims Fayun Sets (I, II, III), for my upcoming Takemizu Village makeovers called for it.
Here's a list of included items: 1 armoire (not included in the pic, I forgor), 1 bed canopy, 1 corbel piece, 2 roof ridge pieces, 1 console, 2 dining tables, 4 seatings (1 armchair, 2 loveseats and 1 sofa), 5 small decorative items, 1 shelf, 2 coffee tables, 1 trunk, 3 wall trim pieces and 1 decorative gazebo.
(they've got shadows, it's just bad outside lighting, I swear)
DOWNLOAD (SFS, 79MB)
Everything was compressed and neatly named. Also swatches included, yada yada.
(This is my first time uploading CC, so please let me know if you run into trouble with any of the files).
Recommended CC: Snowy Escape conversions by @lafeeverte-sims (1), @tony-veis (2,3,4) and @lordcrumps (5).

This is the bed I have at home :D
I made it mixing together three objects: Kardofe small space bed, the cupboards from Clair Teen Room by Spacesim and a shelf from Honeywell. The shelf has 9 slots on it. All is 3000 poly.
Me and @i07jeuu made this counter for your sims :)
It's a 4to2 conversion from KKB, low poly. I added six slot to it because in the back it's open and there is a shelf. When in "sink mode" it has doors instead of drawers. One of the drawers (the middle one) can open when sims are preparing food on them.

12 recolors included, I made a pic for three of them ^^
Uh I'm trying to not be all over the place so here's a really basic thing.
A texture replacement for tfbottomhipmicrominiskirt. I did not do anything, this is just @serabiet's textures combined with shoes attributed to Cat/Trapping. This is only really so that it can be combined with mesh replacements, or used with texture referenced stuff. I made it for personal use but figured someone else might find it useful.
‘SimLine Lite’ Telephones | Download
Both a wall-mounted and table telephone made from the smaller cradle on the NL podiums, shown here with Michelle’s K&B recolours. :)
The base textures are repo’d to the BG SimLine phone, and will pick up any pre-existing recolours you have. The wall-mounted phone’s shadow is repo’d to the table phone.
Both are slightly cheaper than their larger variants, at §45 (table) and §55 (wall).
GUIDs have been randomised, and files have been compressorised; 301/303 polys.
To celebrate passing the 2000 followers mark (holy crap, thank you!!), I wanted to do something for the guys. We all know male sims are kinda neglected as far as CC goes. It's not as bad as it used to be, but there's still a relative lack of clothes for the mature male sims. That's the inspiration for what I'm calling Duds For Dads. For now it's a 4t2 collection of three tops and four bottoms originally by @its-adrienpastel. Because we're dad-focused here, everything is for AM-EM. Everything has a fat morph, and AM pieces also have a preg morph. EM is available standalone or repo'ed to AM. Both repo and standalone are included in each download. Pick one!
Since it's a big post, I'm setting it up a bit differently from most. If you just want it aaaaaalllllll, you don't even need to "keep reading". If you want more info or pick and choose, all of that is below the cut.

Let's go with the more put-together pieces first.
Adrien Pastel's Pileggi Polo is a ribbed long sleeve polo shirt. It sits right at the waist for a tidy, tucked in look. Pair it with higher waist pants, to avoid a gap. Set as Everyday and Formal.

Adrien Pastel's David Trousers are the ideal pants to wear with the Pileggi Polo. They hang a bit loose, just like dads want. They're paired with sized-up 4t2 BG child loafers. The shoes and belts match (as best I could), because that's the kind of clothing rule dads live by. Set as Everyday and Formal.

A big, comfy sweater like Adrien Pastel's Kane Sweater is another must-have for dads. It comes in a big variety of textures, for all kinds of dad styles. Set as Everyday and Outerwear.

Adrien Pastel's Landon Shorts sit mid-thigh, perfect for mobility while fishing or gardening. They come with my conversion and recolors of the TS4 BG canvas shoes. Set as Everyday only.

Adrien Pastel's Rayane Jeans have a relaxed fit and soft wash. The shoes are TS4 BG Oxfords, converted by me. Set as Everyday only.

Adrien Pastel's Pete T-Shirt brings us to full casual comfort. It hangs a bit loose and has rolled sleeves. It goes great with any of the bottoms in this collection. Set as Everyday, Gym, PJ, and Undies.

And the pinnacle of the casual wear, we'll end with Adrien Pastel's Pete Sweatpants. (Bonus personal info, most of my closest male relatives are named Pete.) The drawstring waist and soft wash are peak weekend dad. Available with TS4 BG CrossTrainers, converted and recolored by me. AM barefoot is available repo'ed to AM with sneakers. Sneaker version is Everyday, and Gym. Barefoot version is Everyday, Gym, and PJ.

I hope your sim dads enjoy these new duds! Thanks for getting my CC simblr past the 2k mark! (A little while ago, but I had stuff going on.) There might be a part two to this, but for now I'm starting my Simblreen projects. It's only about 9 weeks until the likely first weekend of Simblreen. That's so soon!
im sick atm but here's a few extras for the mini mart. sorry the preview is so lazy lol i am in so much pain
this set was neat as some had the same mesh so many textures are on the same mesh. things are repo'd where they need to and polycounts are under 1200 polys, with the lowest being around 30 polys. choose between smaller txtr sizes or bigger txtr sizes - remember to choose only one!
