book lovers, andheri (they're not very big but they keep updating their collection)

trilogy, bandra (you'll find a lot of indian authors here)

title waves, bandra

majestic, dadar (great marathi collection)

granth, juhu

vasundhara book shop, powai (very good for regional languages)

also it's not a bookstore, but the used books' market at flora fountain has never ever disappointed me. it's also great once you've read something you bought from them, you can go back and return it and get like half your money back.
