finally fit

Hello, I'm Jana - a 24 year old german girl with just another healthy weight loss blog. This year I finally want to reach my goal: I want to be fit, healthy and toned and learn to love my body with every part it has no matter what it looks like. Even though that part is something I still need to work on, I already have come further than I ever thought and this year it's time to succeed once and for all.
