░ SKULL ░ Bootleg Limited to 10 pieces ….. 10$ sold out
“Last month I covered the release of Electric Monarchy’s first keshi mini-figure called Bukk*ke. If you’re are somehow the last human connected to the Internet to still be confused by my poor attempts of censorship, pick a vowel and google search it… at home. Keshi Drop is not held responsible for what you google search on work computers. But past all that, I encourage you to go back and check out that past article. I had covered it’s release info, but I also briefly mentioned how I really enjoyed something, in concept at least, that pushes the boundaries and makes people feel emotions or take a second look to digest. And furthermore, can keshi mini-figures be an art platform powerful enough to change a mind or a feeling. Could someone’s mind be changed through keshi? Could someone be repulsed and then pulled back? Or aroused and then chilled? I think there are as many cases in the world as there are people, so I certainly don’t have the entire picture, but I wonder if that was the idea all along with Bukk*ke.
Bukk*ke is a two inch Glow In the Dark rubber resin mini-figure designed by Fint, produced by Tru;Tek, and sold through the ArtWhore web-store, but the real question is - does Bukk*ke stand up? Whatever goals this gross little goop has, does it accomplish them? Ultimately, I want you to go to the ArtWhore web-store yourself and take away your own opinions, but if you’re here for Crazy Uncle SpiderEarth’s I won’t leave you empty handed.
This figure is solid has hell. Even at height of two inches, something that’s not terribly out of convention, Bukk*ke is a thick beast on all three dimensions. Slug molded and static, just like the great Keshi Lords wanted, this guy doesn’t turn paper thin when posed to the side. Even without joints and articulation, you can put this monstrosity in a number of lively angles that work just well. He’s just a bulky, sloshing, beast trudging through, no matter how he’s displayed.
Some people could say a dripping blob sculpt could leave more to be desired, but I would suggest a closer look. There’s indeed a shape and a character, or at least there once was, but with each step, seemingly another chunk of something wet and loose slips off the frame. So challenge yourself. What was it before and what is it after? Or is there nothing under there at all? Have you caught yourself interested or intrigued? Pulled into curiosities surrounding something otherwise disgusting? Was it the shapely cute character frame or gentle color choice? Are you now worried you’re too far into thinking about a sperm monster and hoping you remember where the mental exit door was? If so, or something like that, I don’t think you’re alone at all.
If only Bukk*ke was a tad more subtle, it would be a powerful bait and switch piece, trapping the audience and demanding a reaction before anyone were the wiser, but as it stands now it’s a wrecking ball of resin. Maybe it never wanted to surprise you. Maybe it wanted to knock down your door and demand your attention. It was going to be the focal point. It was going to be the conversation starter and there would be no way around it. Then after some time, you’ll wonder how something like Bukk*ke ruled your day. You’ll just stand there wondering what else Germany has in store, because after Bukk*ke, like me, you’re interested.
A Keshi Drop thumbs up from me everyone.”

Electric Monarchy Teases Figure 02 "Pug Burger"!
“This week has been a blitzkrieg of keshi excitement. Earlier this week, we saw the announcement of the new Kinkeshi series coming out next February, and today Electric Monarchy has released a teaser image showing off their second figure, following one of my favorite mini-figures this year.
Dubbed “Pug Burger” by artist Ulises Farinas, this rather nonthreatening black and white picture does actually strike a bit of dread and worry in me. I know this is happy-go-lucky Keshi Drop and we’re just talking about toys here, but I know Electric Monarchy and they don’t hold back. If they have a message or a statement to covey, you’ll feel it like a brick to the head, and how this teaser is almost sneaking by innocently with it’s plain white box with black lettering has me wondering exactly how little this exposes.
Allow Crazy Uncle SpiderEarth to go on a tangent and speculate a couple things. I feel most artists have quite a bit attention to detail and everything presented serves a purpose and meaning. I look at this white burger box, and this may sound funny or stupid, but I honestly get that bad feeling in my stomach like you’re too far into something horrific.
You see, I feel product design and, in particular, a fast food box in general will try to convince you you made the right choice, even before you’ve taken the first bite. There is a myriad of ways to accomplish this: from bright colors, cheerful pictures, to reassuring text like ‘100% Organic’ or 'No High Fructose Corn Syrup’. There are people employed to big corporations and fast food chains whose job it is to make sure products look completely one-hundred percent safe, without defect, and that burgers comprised of fifty cows are still extremely delicious.
I point this all out because this white box does absolutely none of that, whatsoever, and completely on purpose. Extrapolate from that and you have a mystery mini-figure inside that is, instead, the focal point. With no damage control or reassurance, whatever is in the box is speaking for itself, and I, for one, am not completely convinced just because it’s a pug means it’ll be more cute.
Maybe it’s just me. You know I have a way of over-thinking things and twisting myself around a conspiracy theory or two, but if you’re feeling a little uneasy, but excited all the same, I’m right there with you. Maybe their first mini-figure wasn’t as repulsive and shocking as they wanted. I rather liked the rock star 'who gives a damn’ flamboyance of Bukk*ke, but maybe that wasn’t the point of the piece . Maybe Electric Monarchy is back from the drawing boards with vengeance in a plain white box.”

Stuff and Things Review
It’s probably quite obvious that I enjoy the occasional dirty/inappropriate toy. Recently Art Whore listed a toy in their store that fit that description. Honestly the toy name ‘Bukkake’ was enough to get my attention! I just had to have one!
A lot of people were involved in the creation of this little cum-pile. The original design is by Fintism (Electric Monarchy) & this is their very first toy! It was sculpted by Macsorro & casted by TRU:TEK. It’s cast in 'rubber resin’(don’t ask me what that is, but it’s what the packaging says!) & seriously just an amazing design concept & beautifully rendered!
Luckily I learn of the existence of this toy before it was sold out (which it now is). Exclusive to Art Whore, this GID version was limited to only 25.
Every purchase of Bukkake came with a bonus toy (from random series). I must be lucky as I was sent a bunch of extra goodies! The black coated rubber head is particularly awesome (though i’m also rather fond of the red bear-head M.U.S.C.L.E. man)!
I tried to get a photo of Bukkake glowing, but my lack of photography skills killed that idea. You can find some great glow pics on the Electric Monarchy Instagram page however!
I couldn’t be happier with this chubby little keshi! The attention to detail in the sculpt is stunning! It’s also nice to add something disgusting & glowy to my collection.
