Fighter: So I’ve still got some money left…Is there anything that she might want to buy?

DM: Well I found this in this sourcebook. Bitterleaf Oil. Applies to help with healing when sleeping and prevents shedding for a while!

Fighter: Kobolds shed their skin?

DM: Apparently. Not as a whole, though. Just in patches.

Fighter: How often do they shed?

DM: Let me see…apparently every 3 months or so once they are adults. Kobolds reach adulthood at six years old. How old is yours?

Fighter: She is 5…

DM: Oh…Then you are probably gonna need that oil because you are on the tail end of lizard puberty and this is your Proactive regimen.

Fighter (cracking up): Lizard puberty?!

DM: Yeah. You put this on before going out to see your lizard boyfriend you met at lizard high school only to find out he was waiting outside on his lizard motorcycle to take you to the lizard movies. You know. Lizard puberty!
