My tummy is now full of delicious homemade vegan sushi 🍙 My favourite ingredients to add to sushi rolls are avocado and inari (fried tofu which tastes heavenly and can be purchased at Asian grocery stores) 🥑🥕🥒The brown lumps are the inari pockets filled with rice 🍚 I also added lettuce, carrot and a spicy mushroom mixture of chopped mushrooms, sweet soy, normal soy sauce, sesame oil, white vinegar and chilli flakes. There are many ways to create great sushi without involving the death of innocent animals, sometimes you just have to be a little more creative 🌱
