It's time to fix my health and have the body I've always wanted and thought was out of my reach. SW 163. CW 144. GW 125ish. Really enjoying working out like a mad person and pushing my limits. I'm currently doing Kosama, but switching to Crossfit soon. I'm also an Organic Vegan and I've been studying a great deal about nutrition and the safety of GMOs.

In a big win for consumers, Pepsi has been ordered to pay $9 million to settle a class-action lawsuit. Why? Because the courts agreed that adding synthetic fiber material made by Agri-Giant Archer Daniels Midland to Naked Juice products equates to deliberately deceiving consumers. And that’s not all.
