Alright!
Okay okay, so it's finals time and I'm actually super excited... Lemme explain. Gainz on gainz because I've been so focused. Also!!! I am so excited about this. I got an internship in Taipei this summer. I am super, duper excited. I'll be there for 2 months. At first I was like... damn... no heavy lifting for TWO whole months. BUT, I found an crossfit/powerlifting gym there. It's run by an American MMA fighter.. wut.
Any way... I can't wait till summer starts. My first two years in college have just been a horrible mistake. 2 years of a major I didn't have interest in. 2 years of complacency and hate. I'm off academic probation, I have a position in a school org a "push captain" (I'll elaborate more if I must). I've found my place with the Asian Student Association on campus.
My GPA the past two semesters is basically double what it's been my first two years... It's a huge weight off my shoulders. I can kind of relax and look forward to the final year of college. I want to keep a log of everything I do this summer. I promise I won't disappoint!

You know that look you get when you pull out your gallon jug of water from you gym bag, followed by your reheated chicken and broccoli? Everyone sitting in the dining area just looks at you with a puzzling look as they eat their pizza and burgers...
This girl sitting next to me asked me why I would eat such gross things if I was gonna get wasted on the weekend anyway. When I told her I don't go out on the weekends she had the funniest reaction. It was truly a moment I wish I could film.
Goodness, stop judging my chicken and broccoli, I've learned how to make delicious chicken. #lifterprobs
Cut Season
Starting Feb 15th, my entire diet will be changing. I've finally hit 190 pounds. Now I'll be doing the same workout, but I'll be eating a little differently. This is because I would like to maintain at least above 187-188 as I cut. Let's see how this goes :)
Current Lifting Schedule
So I promise I still have been keeping my goals in tact. I just haven't posted on Tumblr since... well I'm not really sure. Just kind of stopped.
Anyway it's called boring but big. And lemme tell you, it's boring, but the weight just keeps on coming.
Day 1
5-3-1 Bench
5 x 10 Press movement (military press, for example)
5 x 10 Pull movement (lat pulls, rows, etc etc)
3 x 10 Bicep movement
3 x 10 Tricep Movement
Day 2
5-3-1 Deadlift
5 x 10 Squats (or front squats)
5 x 10 ab/core work
Day 3
5-3-1 Press (I usually do standing or seated military)
5 x 10 Bench movement (regular, DB, incline, etc. etc)
5 x 10 Pull movement
3 x 10 Bicep Movement
3 x 10 Tricep Movement
Day 4
5-3-1 Squat
5 x 10 Hamstring movement (I usually just deadlift... cause deads)
5 x 10 ab/core movement
I go Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Cardio in the morning around 6-7 am -> class -> 10:30 LIFTTTT
So err that's really about it. I'm just trying to get this tumblr going again. I'm not sure I'll continue, but let's see. :)

I decided to give myself a break and re-explore the beautiful world of tumblr... But now all I want to do is lift. Well I guess it's time to go to the gym then.
By the way. I'm up to about 185 pounds:
Bench: 300 Squat: 375 Deads: 475 just need 25 pounds more on squat and deads to get to the 1200 club.. YEEEE
Starting on my Oly lifts again
School's getting sorted out, life is getting less stressful.
Gimme a couple more weeks. I promise I'll be back, like full time :D

So, an update.
This year hasn't been a good one. Thank goodness for my friends and the support of my family.
My last semester in school was horrible. My grandmother passed away this year when I was in school. She and my late grandfather literally raised me and spent all their time teaching my about our Chinese culture, ethics, and morals. I looked up to them and I couldn't stand the fact that two very important people in my life are now gone. I couldn't concentrate in my exams the following weeks and my professors weren't exactly very helpful. I'm recovering from all that, and hopefully I'll be able to get next semester down pact.
On a fitness note. Nothing much has changed. People say I look a lot more sculpted than before. I've moved most of my auxiliaries to 6-8 reps instead of my old 10-12. It's made a big difference in my look, but my endurance isn't doing well. I've been tired recently so we'll see how it goes.
I promise all my fitness goals are still on track. I still look at everyone's tumblr and remind myself of my goals and aspirations.

Absolute Swag had to be put on hold because of the things that has happened. I want to make things right in 2013. Hopefully I can man up soon, and regain that motivation and dedication I had graduating High School. To be honest the school I'm in right now hasn't really helped...
