Ohhhhh you're so tall! I'm 5'1 😥 I wish I was taller, I'm 113 lbs and I look very fat I walk-run 45 mins (5 km) 4 times at week and the other days I do the BBG exercises but still look fat AF ):

I'm only 5 foot and I can't seem to get myself under 109 pounds :/ How many calories should I be eating and what foods should I stay away from / allow myself to eat. Obviously not fast food. I eat a lot of bananas.
to be honest you for your height, your weight is fine. as long as you eat healthy and cut off extra snacks everyday & exercise at least 10 minutes a day, you should be good.
