welcome mutuals, followers, or lurkers! my name’s Rose or Rosa or Rosie or any other name you can think of that involves roses (like the flower), I’m a 20 year old trans woman

i’ve been on tumblr for a majority of my life but a majority of that was on an old blog i had at like 8 years old and i have completely forgotten anything identifying about it (nor would i give it out if i knew, shit’s embarrassing)

this is my main blog where i mainly just reblog miscellaneous stuff

i never really post anything of my own here cuz i never know what to say (hoping to change that) but i sometimes give my thoughts in the tags of reblogs

i may also nerd out about biology related topics sometimes as it’s my biggest interest (and I’m working on becoming a biologist)

It’s finally happened.

After almost a decade on this site, I found another Tumblr user in the wild. I stopped to tie my shoe with rainbow laces this morning outside the silversmith at Colonial Williamsburg, and I heard it.

I responded the only way I could. “Thanks.” And then I reluctantly added, “I stole them from the president…and if that makes sense to you, I’m very sorry.”

I just Googled the Swedish-Japanese guy in the OP, and according to this interview, his Japanese name was given to him by the master gardener he was apprenticed under:
