dylan x holland
“You’re definitely worth it, Dyl. We have to make up for that month apart.” She shook her head defiantly, not believing what he was saying at all. “I just really can’t believe someone would tell you that you need to lose weight. The nerve management teams have is so… disgusting these days. If someone told me to lose weight, I’d flip shit.” Holland laughed lightly before sitting up in bed. “It’s okay. I’ll bring it to you.” She started to push herself on to her knees to crawl out of the bed. “It’s no problem. I’m never ever ever going to make you talk about something if you aren’t ready to.” Instead of crawling out of the bed, she moved herself so she was straddling his waist, and laced her fingers with his. Holland smiled down at him before leaning closer so her nose was an inch away from his. “I’ll be right back with your pie.”
Dylan smiled fondly, tilting his head to the side. He was always amazed by her determination, no matter the cause or goal. “Oh, shush, Holland, it was bound to happen some point. I don’t mind it so much. They kind of have a point. It’s ironic that all I do in the Maze Runner is run, but I don’t have any abs. Doesn’t make sense, y’know?” he shrugged. “But if someone told you that, I would’ve kicked their ass.” He watched her, raising his eyebrows as she straddled his waist. Pressing their foreheads together, he gave her a smirk, arms slowly sliding around her waist. “Mm, come soon, yeah?”
