MADE HECTOR ALIEN BASED OFF DEAR OLE @tummybutterflies IDEA!! Ahem so….

My design is pretty heavily aquatic inspired!! My love for sea animals thrives :p

Hector can transfer thoughts and absorb them, which I inspired off a webtoon. He can hide his tail and tentacles, to appear more human, but cannot hide his ears, claws, eyes or antennas. Gets insecure about it I’m sure

Petunia is more hardheaded in this au. She’s def surprised that an alien just shows up and chills with her, but slowly starts to get super protective of him. And first pouf appearance!! I want to show him more, but I’m jus intimidated by drawing dogs sigh

I would hope to return to this au again… but I tend to put them on a shelf and never touch again LOL!! We’ll see…

Sorry I didn’t see your question! You literally asked me the hardest question ever! I tend to not think about it and now I don’t know 😭.

One of my headcanons is that getting the love ending with Hector is the “bad ending”, like with Jerry.

Hector’s love for us has been almost his whole life and it’s not healthy, becoming friends then dating him after realization, is what I consider the “good ending.”

I think Hector’s vent can emote more. When you get the love ending he can shape it to a smile, so in my mind I think it changes with his mood. Frowns when sad. Curves upwards when he can’t contain his happiness (he wants to look cool in front of you after all) and shakes and rattles when nervous or scared.

I’m sure I have more but I can’t think of any 😅 so I hope this satisfies you for now.
