I found the rebel infighting on Yavin quite hilarious but also I think it might be foreshadowing a plot point later this season. The main reason the rebel group fell apart was because their leader died.

Now Luthen is 100% not making it out alive this season. And I would argue at this point he is the leader for the rebellion, he is connecting everybody and making a lot of important calls like bringing in Cassian, the Aldhani heist, killing Mon's shitty friend etc.

So when he dies this season it might be cool to contrast that with the previous mentioned infighting. In the sense that there won't be any because the rebellion is now no longer dependant on a single person and it has grown beyond the point where it would fall apart because the leader dies.

Or mabye I'm completely wrong about this and Kleya and Vel start fistfighting immediately, I'd also be down for that.

So Krennik is setting Dedra up to take the fall for Ghorman, right? It's pretty clear from the get go that the planet is doomed either way. With everything about the operation being a secretive as it is he will absolutely weasle his way out of taking any reasonability whatsoever for the horrifying shit that will go down there.

Plus we haven't really had a proper imperial backstabbing in Andor yet, just some squabbling in season 1. And who better to to get backstabbed that Dedra who is arguably one of the most loyal imperials.
