Dear JD, I dreamt about you nearly every night this week. No, I don't miss you and quite frankly I don't wish to rekindle what we had. I don't feel bad for falling out of love with you, I am actually angry at how much you hate me for being honest. Hate me because I am not the person you fantasied about in your head. The fake Luna you made scenarios about before you went to sleep. I hate how you had such high expectations of me.

We’ve met 5 times in this little life of mine. The first time we met you were my first heart break, the second time we met you were my first love, the third time we met you were the one that got away, the fourth time we met you were my biggest lesson in growing from a teenager into my adult life, the fifth time we met… well I’m not sure about that just yet.

I have met 5 different versions of you in the past 10 years. But, the last version of you I saw recently. You made me feel how you always make me feel in the beginning. Stars in my eyes and completely melting in your presence. You always had that effect on me in the 5 different ways we’ve met. You make make soft and gentle, I think that’s why I’m always able to find you in the different stages of my life.
