I cannot stress enough how important it is to speak up for yourself when someone is crossing your boundaries or dismissing your feelings. You are your biggest advocate. No one else can read your mind or feels what you feel.

Tough times have hit hard and I finally had some motivation to better myself rather than sit in my head. Breaking up, losing my job, still living with ex, dark thoughts. I could go on and on. The past two months it has felt like my world is collapsing around me, but for the first time since then, I feel a sense of empowerment. I can do this. Things will get better. I am worth more than anything. Stay positive, good things will come.
