          Iriye narrows their eyes at this progression. They go from a hypothetical to an actual fairly threatening situation, and every bone in Iriye’s body is disagreeing with staying near her right now.

          “...How about, instead, we do literally anything else?” they say, cocking a hip to the side. “No offense, but I wouldn’t trust you with paperclips, let alone a full nest of venomous insects.”
