The warm, welcoming aroma of hotpot and the jingle of a bell greets you as you walk in, hand in hand with sunghoon. Due to midterms, you hadn't been able to go out like this in quite a while. Grabbing a chair and pulling it out, you seat yourself on the table in the corner, windows right next to it.
"It's cold, no?" Sunghoon muttered, huffing lightly as his fingers hooked behind his scarf, taking it off.
"hm. really cold." emphasized with a slight shiver, you chuckled.
the meat sizzled right beneath the tongs before you placed it on your plate.
"so...you placed a job in corbett international?" He asked.
"Yeah, but I got an offer from Prada, so I'll take it."
so, the night resumed. Casual talks, the sound of sizzling vegetables and meat, and the quiet buzz of the restrobar lulled in your appetite.
getting drunk was something that did not happen to you often. Your tolerance was very reliable, while that did not apply for sunghoon.
"where's...my dog...woof..." cheeks flushed, sunghoon muttered, face down with a sloppy grin on his face.
"what?" You flatly said, slightly concerned as you shoved in a piece of cooked, warm meat into his mouth.
"ah..." sunghoon parted his lips.
sunghoon couldn't drive (obviously) so you had to compromise and try not to crash. you and your license, of course, just...try not to crash?
helping sunghoon into the car he spit out some words that barely caught your ear.
"I want to have ice cream before I go to work tomorrow because ice cream will make me sick then I can skip work." He mumbled, slightly slurred.
"I want to feed my dog chicken because my dog is my neighbor."
"I want to feed you my semen."
"sunghoon, what are you even saying..."
that's how you kinda ended up on his bed. and that's also how you kinda had a spicy night. you know, spicy pork, spicy night?
his cheeks emitted warmth as his kisses went on from your lips to your collarbone. and so. so on.
"ha..." He panted slightly, as his lips broke from yours.
"should we fuh?" He mumbled, chuckling at the casualty of his question.
and that is how the hot in hotpot stays literal to you.
"you know, I didn't expect my love life to be so... not diverse."
"well, I had one relationship and it seems it's my last as well, so..."
"that just means you have no exes to worry about." He muttered.
"It's funny. it's so unproblematic. too perfect to be true."
"what, you want some sadness?" He teased.
"I could do some sadness."
"find your way, I'm not breaking up with you." He muttered, cocky.
"I won't let you, don't worry." Teased back, you.
"fiesty, I like it." He joked.
"what do you think of getting married?" random question, sunghoon brought up.
"are you proposing?" You chuckled.
"No, I'm joking, not yet."
"No, I'm joking." Sunghoon chuckled, teasing.
"look under your pillow." He mumbled.
"I swear if it's a condom-"
your hand pulled out something. and it in fact, was a condom.
You sighed flatly, faking annoyance at sunghoon. Though you did notice the pack was open.
"hm?" Your attention shifted back to the pack, tearing the front part completely off.
"hah, why is the pack pink, you twi-"
the glint of rosegold caught your eye in the pack, and you pulled it out.
you squealed in your mind to stop yourself from blushing.
"mhm, you can blush, it's OK."
"ah, what, I swear..." your palms shot up to cover your embarrassing face.
"you've been pinker, you know."
"what the hell, dude..." a squeal escaped your lips.
"why the hell would you keep a ring in a condom pack?" You chuckled, both flustered and amused.
"can you blame a man for having humor..." quite the tease, huh.
"I'm not going to start dancing to macarena."
"I love you too, sunghoon. you don't have to say it twice."
"I never- ugh, annoying ass."
"don't turn into jay Park.
"where is the condom, though?"
"you wanna break my back?"
"bleh." you stuck out your tongue slightly at him.
"can we break up for 7 seconds?" You mumbled, eyes staring up at the ceiling.
"so I can say I've been in 2 relationships before marriage, you know.
"bitch, stop dropping bombs on me, I am not hiroshima."
"you shouldn't be joking about that."
"you think I'm joking? I almost flatlined, I swear to God."
"don't bring up your goddamn justin bribery guy, im gonna start sobbing."
"I hope my snores haunt your ass."
