well I have a theory that in some epsoides of batwheels. The bat drones are taking photos of what is happening in Gotham city and then sending to the satellite and then the satellite sends it to BC

because in some epsoides she just tells the batwheels the problem without us knowing how she knows this

and we know the bat drones are like shutterbugs (special agent oso) cause the legion of zoom didn’t fucking see the drone when was in view

we also know it can record stuff and take photos cause it has a built in camera like the shutterbugs
