i've explicitly placed in my pinned post and in my masterlist that i would not like reposts of my work to be done across platforms. fanfic is something i write for free and for fun, and seeing it used without my consent is really disheartening.
i’ve already reached out to the creator to ask for the bots to be taken down, but since they’ve been active and haven’t responded, i wanted to make a public note here.

today is day 1 and im just going to lay out how these next 2 weeks are going to go. there are 3 sections to this challenge:
1. Everyday Section
These are the 3 things that you will be doing every single day until December. You can modify these to suit you best but I highly recommend just sticking to whatever I say.
1. Subliminals+Subconcious Access Isochronic Tones: Recently, I've come across these isochronic tones (fixed the link) by Apold Subliminals that "slows activity in the left (logical) side of your brain while increasing activity in the right (creative) side of your brain." The reason this is so powerful is because this makes it so much easier to manifest because it makes it much easier to access your subconcious mind. The creator links their research and some directions if you're interested but please download these tones as you will be playing it while playing our subliminals. I know that these tones are very exciting (I was super excited myself when I first heard of it) but I do want to warn ⚠️ you guys. When listening to these, your subconcious mind is very susceptible, which is a good thing in our case of wanting to reprogramming but if you're not in a controlled environment, it can have negative affects. For example, I know many people listen to music or do other things while listening to subs, but now, your subconcious mind is going to be very suspectible to things like the lyrics of your music, negative comments made by people under the YouTube video you're watching, things people are saying in the background, etc. For this reason, I highly advise to only use it in a very controlled environment.
You may listen to more subliminals than the three I require of you but make sure to listen to both of these for 30 minutes each! 30 minutes is more than enough, esp with the isochronic tones.
(i think it's pretty obvious why i chose these subs but fyi, the first sub is renowned in the sub community for working super well and manifesting miracles and just making things work out and the second one is an effective void state sub from a trusted creator, since i promised to incorporate void state into this challenge. third is pretty much what this challenge is abt+great for self concept)
2. Yoga Nidra: THIS IS ONLY 20 MINUTES, DONT WORRY!!The particular yoga nidra I will require for this challenge allows you to set intentions and manifest. As many of you know, yoga nidra takes you to the hypnagogic state which is a very powerful state that helps with lucid dreaming and the void state, but also speeds up manifestation. The only thing I require is doing the yoga nidra meditation (it doesn't matter if you lose focus, just bring your attention back to the video and stick it through). If you want, you can utilize the hypnagogic state that you'll achieve after completing the meditation for manifestation or the void state but that's up to you. Also, whatever intention you want to set it to. Here's the video:

3. SATS: SATS is one of the most popular LOA methods and rightfully so. I can promise you that just through SATS alone, you can get your perfect December. If you don't know what SATS is, please refer to this post. If you are someone who can't visualize, that's fine. Do the Lullaby Method or the Vaunting Method. It operates on the same principle as SATS but instead of visualizing, you are going to be affirming and feeling your desire. This is another thing that I will allow you to choose what exactly you're manifesting. You can choose visualizing waking up in December and just being extremely happy, you can visualize specific events that you're going to experience this December, or just whatever you want.
2. Manifestation 101 Section
Everyday I plan on sharing manifestation resources in order for you to learn about and come to understand LOA. We will go over multiple topics, from imagination to states. Of course, I understand that a lot of people in the community are well versed in LOA but it's always good to revisit these things and I always find it inspiring and empowering. I think that this section would best if done alongside the subliminal portion of the challenge as these are concepts you would want to reprogram your subconcious mind with so I highly encourage you guys to pop on your headphones and listen to the above sublimimals with the isochronic tones while studying whatever is presented in this section.
3. Applying Manifestation Section
There's no point in learning LOA if you're not going to apply so we will be applying techniques during this challenge. This is also a great time for the subs+ subconcious access isochronic tones!
Today's the first day so I just require 2 things of you: 1. preparing for tomorrow; downloading all the sub stuff or figuring out how you're going to play it

Exploring and Applying Manifestation:
Maybe this is a bit obvious but the reason I chose to start off with Feeling is the Secret is to help everyone understand the power of SATS and why it's so beneficial to utilize our sleep since we will be practicing it throughout this challenge (while also giving a basis on LOA). The main "technique" you should take away from today is SATS and how it's really just falling asleep in the wish fufilled.
I also do think feeling is such an important but misinterpreted concept so I wanted to discuss it and practice it today. I read a lot of LOA content and so many people seem to think feeling=emotion.
Let me quote Neville for this:
“When I speak of feeling, I don’t mean emotion, but acceptance of the fact that the desire is fulfilled. And you can think you did that, but you can know for sure: if you haven’t achieved your goal, you don’t have acceptance. And the reason you don’t have acceptance is that you are still thinking of the goal rather than thinking from the goal. That is all there is to it.”
So maybe you did all the reading and you were like "okay im super motivated, im going to be super happy all the time, nothing can stop me"
WRONG 🚫
don't feel bad because most people fall into this trap, including me but what you're really supposed to do is to feel from the wish fufilled. let me provide an example:
imagine your stomach starts hurting right now. really hurting. you call your doctor and they said you need to take a certain medicine and the pain will disappear in 5 seconds, so you order the medicine and it'll take 5 hours to arrive.
are you supposed to pretend the pain doesn't exist or feel excited through the pain? NO!
but you know the medicine is coming, this is going to be over soon and you might even tell yourself "it's okay, the medicine is coming soon and the pain will be gone." it's that feeling of knowing that it's coming.
that's what Neville means by Feeling is the Secret.
you need to stand so firmly confident that you have your desire and truly believe that so you rest in that feeling of the wish fufilled.
you're allowed to have negative emotions. for example, if you're manifesting pretty hair and you catch a look in the mirror and your hair looks like a broomstick, no one expects you to be all happy. but if you know that your your 3d reflects your 4d and in your 4d you have pretty hair, then you can look at your hair and just tell yourself "it's okay, i know i have pretty hair"
if you're an experienced manifester or if you really accept that your desires is yours, you might not even react to the 3d at all because you just know. but it's okay to react to the 3d as long as you ground yourself again in that feeling of the wish fufilled.
the technique we're going to be practicing for today comes from Edward Art: "Take anything I say or Neville says that truly hits you, that you sense a freedom in the sentence and repeat that sentence under your breath. Feel that sentence, from that feeling you will have more thoughts in nature of that sentence."
so here are the steps:
1. Choose one statement that really empowers you in that idea of "you are god" and "you DO have your desire." A lot of people choose "My 3d is just a reflection of my 4d. I know I have my desire" Choose one that really works for you.
2. Anytime you think about your desire or have negative intrusive thoughts, repeat that statement to yourself and feel it for a few seconds. Really know your desire is yours.
That's the technique for today (on top of SATS). It's a nice technique and I think it'll help a lot of you.
