Trunks- Men of Fashion 2016 - 1/3
I realized 2015 has been quite poor in terms of fashionable guys illustration. The #MenofFashion serie I started back in 2014 was kinda in hiatus, so decided to take it back and alternate with my Parisienne serie. Time to celebrate Paris menswear Fashion week my way.
1/3 for this season, and instead of streetstyle, this time I’m taking looks I like straight from the runways . First one is from Louis Vuitton menswear A-W 16 , since I enjoyed a lot the exhibition at Grand Palais and learnt a lot from the brand history of trunks craftsmanship. I really enjoy the really cliché Parisian guy looks from the show, so here’s my take on it.
Next to follow will be Rick Owens & Pigalle in completely different universes!

Rebooting my very first “comics”, and my favorite character took longer than expected! That character would be some kind of heavy gunner girl, in that kind of diesel punk style ... you can see i’m still debating on the gun design

Another - and last- male characters from my unamed story project. Sort of a reboot of my first comics “S.O.L”
I guess they’re not final in terms of style or design, since I feel some stuff is missing but for now it’ll enable me to pin them somewhere”
That one would be sort of mechanic / shooter kind of archetype . Very cocky kind of personality. Also Roy’s brother complete opposite !

The Scavenger- Star Wars. Digital 2016
I had this one in progress since #StarWars opening week ! But I really wanted to take my time and go for a children illustrated book feeling, and had to draw from various references ( both artistically and from the movie !)
I’m not a SW die-hard fan, but Rey is from far my favorite female character ( or character to be honest) and I had to draw her with BB8. What a cutie ! I think every artist NEEDS to draw Rey. I love her outfit too ( especially the second version at the end so true to the character).
There are some plans for me to do Finn, Poe ( smexyness) pieces in the same kind of composition/render , and hopefully three other reversed for the dark side. I am not sure I’ll keep motivated enough to do them all.. wait n see !

Step by Step, Burl & Fur . Digital 2015
I’m quite thrilled i’ve had the opportunity to draw a little something for the Burl & Fur zine project! It’s unsure how the piece will be used yet( book, print etc ..) but the team is doing an amazing up bringing up this project. And it was really unexpected for me to have that opportunity :)

Parisienne 4, Special : Lightning meets LV. Digital 2016
As a way to start the year and to warm up (a few days off and I’m feeling all rusty !), here is the new installment fo my “Parisienne(s)” series.
I’ve always been a fashion enthusiast and a Final Fantasy lover ( the oldest numbers tbh) so discovering #LouisVuitton was teaming up with #SquareEnix for their magical-girl-meets-punk-meets-SciFi SS 2016 collection.. really thrilled me !
I decided to pay it tribute and take Lightning in her LV full attire as my 5th - special- Parisienne. She ain’t really Parisienne, but she’d fit in!

HAPPY NEW YEAR 2016 !
2015 has been tough, with highs and lows.... But With a new year comes the time to move on and take the opportunities to really accomplish what we want to. I wish you a very happy year 2016 from the bottom of my heart !

Parisienne #4 Volumes . Digital 2015
Another chic “ Parisienne” . while browsing the internet for streetsyle inspiration I stumble on a perfect picture ( getty images, no idea who took it, who she was .. sadly !!), I decided to turn in into one of my Parisienne girl. Intriguing volumes, unusual palette, and leaning against a marble pillar. I couldn’t ask for more !
Did i mentioned I have a weird dirty love for white/grey marble ? ...

Two pictures in a week....Not sure to hold the rythmn ! Another picture I intended to finish, and though I’m not a real-person-fanart-fan, I can’t avoid drawing some of my fav artists sometimes.
And Christine and the Queens is definitely one of them. I was moved by the clean aesthetism of her video “ No Harm is done “ & “Jonathan” and wanted to pay tribute to them
I wanted to do the Perfume Genius/christine duo but was running out of time at lunch break :/ Maybe later
It’s kinda rough and raw, the likeliness isn’t great but I think it matches somehow.

Freshly finished girl that’ll join my “Parisienne” series. Saw an amazing photo of a girl wearing a red and blue outfit and I knew that’d be the new one .. I have no idea who she is or what she was wearing. I started this weeks ago but finally completed it !
Only know it was at Vuitton show at Paris fashion week ... if that is of any interest to you guys!

I’ve been wondering a lot over the last years what it would look like if I was starting some fantasy comic/story nowadays, like I did when I was a teenager, fond of RPG and fantasy video games. Like my old “S.O.L” comic I did back in 2007-8 .. feeling old now.
I decided to give it a try over the last weeks, and there’ll be more to come =D
A really simple piece of design of one of the first character, some kind of a mechanical enhanced mage called “Roy”. Setting the whole storyline in some kind of a 50s-California-meets-fantasy-and-sci-fi. I’ve heard it’s somehow called “diesel punk” . But I’m not sure it’s really fitting anyways.
Kinda loving mixing modern elements, 50s clothing and streamline retro-future piece of mechanic. It feels true to my universe and style. And it’s a cute redhead. What more to ask for ?

Finally ! LightGrey Art Lab COSMOS exhbition is soon to launch !
I’ve been so happy to take part into it and can’t wait to see the 100 art pieces made by an amazing group of a 100 international artists ! I feel super proud and happy to have been part of them and to be given one of the hundred astral bodies selected by the LGAL team :)
Even though I won’t be able to reach the opening on October 30th ( unless I’m able to travel overseas ) I’ll soon be showing steps of the art I made. Until then here is a sneak peek of it :)
