Agulo is a lovely village laid in between one of La Gomera's many valleys. Looking towards the east the sun's last rays light up Tenerife's giant volcano 'El Teide' in the distance. We stood and watched as the clouds and colors transformed & played with the reflections on the ocean.

Two of my most favorite humans came to visit! Incredibly grateful they could make it work to come and spend a week in the jungle, seeing the pura vida lifestyle 😊

Waterfalls are simply everywhere in Costa Rica. Rivers flow through the lush green jungle, feeding all the plants and giving life to everything. Every water droplet in the stream has its own vibration, in geometrical patterns it lives and connects to its environment. As conscious beings we not only spectate, but also influence vibrations around us. Giving love to nature and admiring it we raise the frequencies 🙏 (at Uvita, Puntarenas, Costa Rica)

Cruising on the Costa Rican mangroves, the bright green hills which surround us are home to the many colorful birds and the playground for monkeys. The Ticos live in between this diversity of nature in their small jungle huts, living the simple 'pura vida' mindset 🐒🦋🌺 (at Bahía Drake)

Discovering Costa Rica is diving into a wild and beautiful animal life. Really the jungle is a whole world on its own! 🐒 This photo is made by combining the phone with a binoculars during a boat ride through mangroves. Besides this white faced monkey we've seen squirrel monkeys, iguanas, Jesus Christ lizards running over water, over 10 species of birds, several crocodiles and snakes hanging in trees. 🐍🐦🐊Did we mention everything? 😻 Being in awe by everything we can only hope that humans wake up, connect with their true nature and respect every living thing on earth. 8 nights and 1,000 miles sailing from Canary Islands to Cape Verde 🌊 having the opportunity with calm sea to jump in the water was ((by far)) my best moment throughout the ride! 🌊 the journey was intense on many levels and although it was rough I'm grateful for the experience and happy that we got off the boat! 🌊 read more at syncbreath.com ✨
