This is Tagu. Tagu does these massive ground pounds and shoots lasers. Battling him is a great test of patience and discipline. He is one of my favorite fights.

Hope you enjoy the album art I made for the OST.  It's dedicated to a time where I took the nyc trains to work everyday. The best part of those rides was zoning out and listening to music while watching people and places pass you by.  I know some people really hate taking the train - but it never bothered me - it was music/ sketchbook time/gaming/reading time.

So June is Kyron's birthday month and our awesome friend Tu had art made for him to celebrate it. The art comes from the hands of the legendary Nick Kuijten!   What makes this even more special is that Tu is a backer who backed us the hell up to the crew member level. So that little ball of fuzz next to Wyatt is Tu's crew member, SIR PANCAKES! SIR PANCAKES IS A CORGI!  Yes Valdis Story has a hidden corgi character in it! O_O!  Anyway , enjoy this image of the Wyatt and Sir Pancakes enjoying the most scrumptious looking cake!

So I never really liked facebook for personal use but updating our fan page for endlessfluff is fun! I've only recently discovered this. I was totally ignoring it.  Anyway, we recently got up to 100 likes so I took it as an excuse to draw short and fat everyone.  I'll totally draw everyone in another style at say 250 likes? Suggestions on the style?

Hey there! Here are the other two playable characters I mentioned. Gilda Ire and Vladyn the 100 demon arm.  Wings, Guns and arms full of demons! Are you excited!?  I AM. I wish I had a ton of time to just keep making illustrations of everyone.  

Can't wait to post some screenshots of them in action... when they are done. Actually before our kickstarter these guys weren't even in planning!  When we reached higher success than anticipated we planned them to come out as a free update after initial release.  Reina was also not supposed to be included as a playable character but she will definitely be greeting you on character select. Anyway going back to photoshop now! Seeya. 

As a side note- We have someone working on a Valdis Story web page and it should  be up soon! Then public demooo!!

REINA!

Here's Reina again!  She's the second playable character in Valdis Story. I posted art of her before but this is one of the 4 collaborations on portrait art between Kyron and myself- He's drawing them I'm painting them.   All 4 playable characters play in their own unique way. They have different move sets, different magic spells and different abilities to upgrade. Reina Starts with an Assist she can call in during battle, her wolf - Faolan.

A lot of pages on Kyron's desk look like this. One side of the page has a check list of things to code or art to implement while the other side of the page was used to draw out an idea for a boss 'Gernot'.  I think this page represents Kyron and other indie game developers like him,  half programmer, Half artist.

Wyatt!

Kyron and I collaborated on 4 full body portraits of the main characters in Valdis Story. As you might know we're both artists he just also has the magical ability to program as well. Sometime during our week of drawing in kickstarter artbooks, Robo Reina was born. She was only really an idea and an upbeat theme song until now. Now she also exists as this Doodle. GO ROBO REINA GO!

Meet Reina- She's the second playable character in Valdis Story:AC. She's an orphan raised in an Alagathian Monastery which is where she first met Wyatt.
