I have been working on a Sormik fanfic so I will probably keep spamming ToZ stuff until I get all of the ideas in my head on paper. I will occasionally post things from other fandoms if I get inspired.

A cat is a small creature in the middle of the food chain that is fully aware that you are a very large thing that could stomp its head in at any moment and yet it chooses to rest its tiny little head on your leg for a nap and spreads out on the floor near you exposing its belly and its most sensitive organs. It brings dead mice and bugs to you to share food.
Don’t you get it? This tiny thing trusts you. It wants to help you too. It licks your leg thinking that it’s helping. It kneads on you to find comfort. It shares its body warmth with you in the cold and gives you your space in the heat. It hisses at other mammals it sees outside including other cats in an effort to protect its family.
Cats love you so so much. But they will keep trying to eat plastic.
This is based off a cute scene I got in Tomodachi Life with my newlywed mii!Sorey and mii!kleo. I can totally see Sorey dropping cheesy pickup lines like this.
Ramblings on the art process below the cut.
This time I wanted to try out some digital art. Original sketches done in pencil, linework and coloring done on my phone with the Sketchbook App, then text added using Krita on my laptop. My issue with digital art is that I always spend way too much time obsessing over the details and trying to get things perfect. Then in the end it never feels natural. I tried to force myself to let things be more "sloppy" this time...but I got worse and worse at it with each panel. I think having a proper drawing tablet would help, but I am not sure I want to invest in one since digital art is not my main focus. (or get my pen on my laptop to work...I bought a laptop with a touch screen and pen that I could use as a tablet if I wanted then never used it for years. Now I want it and I cannot get the stupid pen to work...) Next time I want to try out different brushes and having less precise linework.
Oh, and might as well share the original pencil sketches if you have bothered to read this far. I feel like the pencil version has more emotion in it, but then it is harder to color...
I am excited to finally share the Zestiria stickers I have been making. These are all done with acrylic markers, micron pen & gel pen on label printer paper. I top coated them with a clear matte finish for durability then cut them out with scissors.
Now that all the other characters are finished, I can start on the two best boys who are going in the middle.
The book is a composition notebook that had a really crappy cover that would not allow the book to stay open. I commissioned my friend to rebind it and make a new cover for me to decorate. I was originally planning to draw directly on the cover, but when I discovered I could make my own stickers, I changed my plans.
Mikleo's voice actor, Michael Johnston, is staring in a horror movie called Obsession coming to theaters in the US this weekend. I got tickets to see it Saturday! My husband and I love watching horror movies together, so I am looking forward to our date.
I have distributed yaoi manga on the island. I was a bit lazy with this cover and just used a stamp of the romantic movie item and edited it.
Poor Zaveid has been rejected by Lailah again. Sorry bro, she is in love with Strong Bad.

After dating for 17 days, Sorey and Mikleo finally got married!
Mikleo was the one to propose btw.

Work is killing me right now so I have not had much time for new art. Here are some older sketches in the meantime. It is fun to look back and see which fandoms I was into at the time.
