Serious question: What do you do with your blog when the thing you blog about starts causing you the kind of anxiety levels that threaten to put you back in psychiatric inpatients? No exaggeration. And I know I'm not the only one that's been this shook.

I don't want to abandon my blog, I love it here. I love my moots. They make me smile. My mental health care support worker even suggested that part of the reason I've been struggling so much is because this has isolated me from the people that make me happy. And I love making people laugh. Or, at least, trying to. But there's certainly been no humour to be found recently.

I'm feeling a little bit better and more hopeful about things atm. I'm just so sad any of this ever happened.

Do we know why Richard chose Richard? Was it his dad's name? Or was that Paul?

Richard indeed uses his dad's middle name as his first name now (after changing it from having been born Sven). I think his family still calls him Scholle though, his childhood nickname 🌺

Paul uses his own middle name as his first name, he was originally Heiko Paul Hiersche, i think changed it a bit to Paul Heiko Hiersche, then Paul Hiersche, and at his first marriage became Paul Landers (but i read somewhere his dad still calls him Heiko) 🌺
