OOC. That’s 80% of my drafts done. Happy fucking new year.
pvladin:
Butters was busy helping Cartman make a snow fort when Charlie approached him. “Helping” better summarized as “doing a the work for”. His hands were pretty cold, but he had always been able to handle the lower temperatures pretty well for someone his weight. He smiled up at her, not having expected anyone to show up.
“ Oh I’m just helping Eric make his super secret snow fort so he can overthrow Kyle! Oh I guess it’s not a secret if I say that. Oh well. What are you doing out here, new kid? Did you come to help me? Oh no, if you came to destroy my progress for Kyle please don’t I’ve been working on this all day. But I guess it can’t be helped if you do. ” Despite how many years it had been they still played stupid games like this and Butters still called Charlie new kid and douchebag.
It certainly seemed like Butters was doing all the work. A slight (bitter) look is shot in the larger boy’s direction but it subsides. Scarf is tucked upwards to guard against the cold as she kneels down to pat the piled snow a little.
“My dad said I needed to go outside.” She says, picking up a heap of the white ice in her hands. An attempt to pose some assistance. He shouldn’t have to do all the work alone even if it was to lead to her seemingly choosing sides. That was fine for now. It was kinda like how when they met anyhow. A little nostalgic even. She gives the snow a nice pat to compact it down on the built up walls, “I have some sand buckets in my garage...it’ll make it easier.”
erudiction:
❝ —— assassin , huh ? that’s a good one. especially for covert missions —- and you know what ? it’s not commonly picked. ❞ cool idea / cool kid. jew drones on about pros & cons , stats & buffs. TALKING IN CIRCLES. once noted , he clams up ; lips sealed ——– thinking. ❝ hey , maybe cartman’ll let you DUAL CLASS like he did with some of the rest of us. ❞
“I think...just one is fine...” She didn’t want to ask him. Fingers curl with unease, green eyes staring right back down at empty paper. That boy made her uncomfortable to speak to. Errand boy wasn’t something she wanted to play AGAIN just for added power or choice in a game. That was the feeling she had if she was to ask for more. The type to require dues. “Why is he in charge....” A daring question but she feels that maybe Kyle will understand, “Does he always make up the rules...?”
smackstheshitouttayou:
“Usually, yeah.” It’s important to point out what Wendy is doing right now– coloring– and that she doesn’t need to stop coloring to know what Charlotte’s talking about. They’re on the playground right now and it’s recess time so someone who has spent their entire life in South Park can put two and two together pretty easily, unfortunately. Where are the ADULTS? you’re probably asking yourself. Shrug.
“The adults don’t get involved in these things until they absolutely have to, like after a kid gets killed or mauled by a bear.” God I hate this town, goes unsaid.
“At my old schools there was always teachers outside with us to make sure we didn’t get into trouble.” She continues to watch the group of boys who had begun to crowd around the blacktop. What they were talking about was hard to make out at a distance but it probably wasn’t good. Part of her was curious enough to go see but it was much safer to stick around Wendy, lest she get dragged into whatever nonsense was brewing.
“The adults outside of school seem to act the same way...” She didn’t have a lot of experience with the other kids’ parents. Just her own. But it was starting to feel like they were in a town full of people just like her mom and dad. Oblivious til it mattered. The discomfort of it all was beginning to show on her face. She moves a little bit, to look at the picture Wendy was diligently working on. Better to not think too much about it, “Are there clubs after school, by the way? I’ve never done one before but...I was thinking about it...”
wvnderweather:
𝑡𝑤𝑒𝑒𝑘;;– He didn’t even flinch when Charlie came by, just immersed in his work. He looked up briefly to see her looking at what he was doing, which was just writing up reports for each mission into the computer, based on what he was given when he came into the base today. He didn’t really catch a break yet, maybe talking to Charlie would be good for him to just brain drain since it was still pretty early.
‘ Hey, bored I see? ‘ Tweek raised his arms over his head. ‘ Not that I’m doing anything immediately exciting myself. ‘
Mission records. Who’d have thought they’d be so organized. Maybe it was because they had better leadership. Clawed hands gently grasp the back of Tweek’s chair, getting a better look at the screen before attention draws back to the weather boy.
“Is everything thing on here....?” Was that a weird question? Maybe. It sounded a little intrusive, “Even our character sheets and stuff...?”
vampfeign:
“These, for one.” Callus gestured to his fangs (which obviously weren’t real), he wanted people to believe they were though. “The fact that I drink blood, another thing. And then there’s my hair, and my eyes. But I guess it’s more than just outward appearances that make me different.”
“So uh...vampire...” Right, the vamp kids. She had been told to stay far away from them. Charlie had nearly forgotten. She didn’t recall this one though. Were there more than one group? Like broods or covens...? That actually sounded kind of cool to her, “I don’t know if I’m familiar with that kind of different,” Though fully aware they were posing as creatures, “But it sounds interesting. What’s your name, anyways?”
poofballhat:
❝ you got it, cat girl. ❞ he said, his lips cracked open with an instant smile, a chuckle escapi ng him. with PATIENCE, he watched her slip free from the now stretched out fence, & quietly nodded along as she went on about the SIXTH GRADERS. when he noticed the way she rubbed her knee & stood up, his smile perished, replaced with a CONCERNED expression. he immediately picked up what was wrong based on his own personal experiences with injuries, mostly from SPORTS along with the shenanigans he’d gotten himself into as a child. upon hearing her request, he simply nodded. ❝ sure, of course. ❞
his smile returned as he faced away from her, his knees bent & his arms slightly extended from his sides. ❝ here, hop on. ❞ he was kind of mentally kicking himself for not taking his CAR, but oh well. better to just deal with the CONSEQUENCES rather than making a big stink over his dumbass mistake. besides, carrying over twenty pounds worth of POWER TOOLS added with an extra hundred pounds wasn’t much of a challenge for him. after all, he played for the FOOTBALL TEAM, & those players were twice - sometimes thrice - the size of the weight he’d plan to import to his HOUSE, as long as he paced himself just right.
“Is that what you’re calling me now?” She stretches just a tad, hoping to extinguish some of the aching. Patting her pockets, phone was safely located, along with some of her other hidden away goodies. All limbs and tools accounted for. Gaze casts back at the jock. Piggy backing, huh. Charlie was certain she could walk just fine, albeit with some discomfort, though perhaps it was more surprising that he hadn’t brought his car along with. She did kind of rush him...
There was little room to argue with him then...
“Alright, alright.” Arms wrap around his shoulders, making sure he’d be able to lift her without choking himself. Had to be careful with those claws too. They weren’t the kiddie costume gloves anymore. Sharp and metal. They were fully intent to hurt. Much like the rest of her bladed arsenal. Taking her character too seriously once again, “Onwards, faithful handyman. To Token’s place.”
I can’t die.
I’ve experienced death countless times. Sometimes, I see a bright light. Sometimes, I see Heaven or Hell. But eventually, no matter what, I wake up in my bed wearing my same old clothes.
The worst part?
No one even remembers me dying.
I feel like now is a good time to state that not only is Charlie’s Kyrptonite Vampires but her IRL young face claim is the actress who played Bella and Edward’s daughter.

“You get it… don’t you? Being different from other people, it’s hard.” Callus hummed sadly, letting his fingers drum against the arm of the bench.
“I suppose...” Her tone is a tad lackluster, hands folded in her lap. This wasn’t quite the conversation she had been betting on having. She recalled seeing a few others dressed like this one. With colorful hair and strange eyes. It got her pretty curious to see what it was about, “Uh...what...makes you different, if you don’t mind me asking?”

“…Charlie?” Heidi slowly and carefully approached, before taking a seat beside her on the bench. Hands placed onto her lap she let out a small sigh before turning to face her. “…you’re alone. On Christmas Eve. Kinda surprises me, isn’t there a party or something you should be at? Nevermind, that was stupid of me to just assume.”
Immediate silence. Her hand slips to hover over her phone, quickly silencing the music. She hadn’t considered anyone would find her there. Surely everyone else was busy if not with family then with friends. Well, excluding her. As soon as she saw the eggnog come out of the fridge she had left for the day so as to avoid the results.
“It’s not stupid...I didn’t get invited to a party.” Heidi’s concern, she felt, was misplaced however. Truth be told she was happy to be outside, where it was peaceful, though the air was kind of melancholy, “Why are you alone...”
She sits on the bench at the edge of Stark’s Pond. From the cellphone next to her softly plays Christmas melodies while she quietly sings along, not caring much for keeping pitch. This was the only way she could spend the holiday. Away from her house. Alone.
