@skai.in is the newest addition to the city of Joy's lounge scene which is located at the rooftop of @questmall. The ambiance and view, needless to say, are the strong points while considering this for a nice evening out. Below is what. I found in terms of food and booze and also in terms of the service as a whole. 𝗖𝗼𝗰𝗸𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀 for sure going to get goodie points for this newly open joint in the city. 𝐀𝐥𝐥 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐜𝐤𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐡 𝐣𝐮𝐢𝐜𝐞 (s) and that is what makes those special and refreshing. I had Stardust which was prepared with Tequila, Lime, Ginger, Cherry, and Soda. The blend was amazing and most importantly it was strong and not unnecessarily sweet. I have tried a rum-based cocktail as well which was having a few strands of saffron. It was worth having. In SKAI they have experimented with the 𝐅𝐨𝐨𝐝 and some of the items are for sure worth the experiment. I must mention the Kodo Mushroom and Feta Cakes with Sweet Pepper Salsa; Pink Peppercorn and Garlic Malai Chicken with poppy Sable and Coconut Saffron Cream and also the Crab cakes from the starters. Pistachio Crusted Lamb Chops with Mushroom & Chestnut Mille-Feuille, Smoked Rucola & Lavender Jus was good but a bit flat on the taste buds. The meat could have been softer. Miso Glazed Pork Belly with Blue Pea Barley, Sriracha Baby Carrots and Micro Greens was decent. I found the Hazelnut & Snowpeas Quinoa Risotto with Frozen mascarpone Confetti good. It was creamy, rich and comforting. The mains however need to be evaluated in terms of portion size. If you are a vegetarian Smoked Bean Sprouts & Water Chestnut Pad Thai with Fired peanuts and Garlic is must try. The dessert was the best part of the meal and it was Popcorn Parfait with Brownie Bytes, Popcorn Soil & Coffee Creme Anglaise. I liked the taste and must mention the plating.
