Sooooo, some news.

Apparently, this account got reinstated (@hoovesandfloorpaws literally just told me and I definitely checked this a couple of days ago lol)

Anyway, I've moved on from this 💀 But I'll keep this up as a backup account (the 1st one is still shadowbanned afaik), and because I do have a bunch of original posts here that might need editing in the future (if they don't kick me out again).

Just wanted to share that this account is in fact back in business BUT I will still mainly use @fookinhellcurlyyy from here on.

Do you think Louis lives in LA part time although we haven't seen an official confirmation after he sold the house there?

tl;dr Yes.

I don't really know how to answer that, because the latest information around that, I have found to be a bit misleading?

First of all, if we are talking about Louis' house - to me - we are talking Louis' and Harry's house.

So without looking any deeper and both of them spending loads of time in LA, it makes sense to me, they would have a property/home base there. And even if they weren't there as much, properties are a great way to invest your money.

Having said that, I think it can be taken as a fact, that both Louis and Harry have no interest in giving the public a peek into their actual homes. So us not knowing about a property, doesn't mean much. Hell, this entire fandom is used to fill in the blanks.

To me, the most contradicting or as I said above - misleading moments were that pictures of Louis and Oli in an LA hotel lobby came up, some noting Louis stays there frequently and that the AOTV scenes with F in that lived-in house in LA were in fact at an Airbnb home (yes, I've seen the ad, no I won't post it to protect the owners from this fandom and I don't know if Louis wants to go there again).

Which could mean multiple things, for example that Louis uses these locations for filming or video interviews, with the neutral backgrounds and all, or b) Louis truly doesn't have a house there which is another dent in the super dad image.

But let's say these were efforts to protect his privacy, then we also need to consider Louis still very openly shares everything around the Barnet house. So I assume, since Modest installed it as his house in 2012, he just goes with it and uses it as a work space like he would with hotel rooms and Airbnb's in LA (or like Harry does with the Erskine buildings).

That was a lot for a simple question. Yes, I think Louis has a home in LA. It just makes sense to me. Check my tag living situation for more.

To preface, to me it’s quite obvious that no one actually lives in the Barnet house. I assume it functions as an LT business address similar to the Erskine buildings (Harry’s houses) where Louis comes together with his team at times.

And while one may get the impression that Eleanor is in the house all the time (and therefore might live there) you have to remember that’s exactly what she tries to convince you of. Her job as a beard is keeping up this narrative of a domestic lifestyle with dog walks, selfies and sunglasses in a house that’s officially Louis’.

I’m not even bringing up the many reasons I don’t think Louis or Eleanor for that matter live there, but just know that on multiple occasions that her IG story pics weren’t actually from the same day, often stemming from the same photoshoot but changing clothes, when she was at the house weeks before. So overall it’s quite a lot of social media magic.

My head was very confused after the last blogs. I'm sorry, but do you make a brief informing about Harry's and Louis's homes? How many houses do they have? Where are they like? I'm really sorry....

The first place they lived after X Factor was Princess Park Manor, an apartment complex popular in the British music industry. Harry and Louis shared one apartment. The other 3 boys had their own apartments in the same complex. 

After that, it was rumored that Harry and Louis move into another London apartment together, but publicly, Harry moved out and into Erskine House (which was under renovation for a long time, forcing him to live with friends including Nick Grimshaw, Ed Sheeran, and Ben Winston. supposedly.)

London:

Erskine House in Hampstead Heath - Harry

House in Barnet  - Louis

Battersea Power Station apartment - Harry

NEW - Two properties which were previously one mansion, very near to Erskine House

Adding in for future reference:

Harry’s Hampstead Heath properties could be quite confusing—and I was also a bit confused myself—so I wanna breakdown the houses within the area.

As of writing, he has purchased 3 houses within that same private street/neighborhood, but is collectively acknowledged as his Hampstead Heath home (or compound, I guess) by many. He’s renovating these houses, and planning to turn them into a one big home, as far as I know (feel free to correct me!).

Erskine House — the one we’re familiar about; with photos shared in the houses timelines. This is the house we see along the main road, while the other two are situated behind it.

I also found this interesting breakdown of the houses’ history. Here’s the summary:

Erskine House and The Firs are two historically significant properties located in Hampstead.

Erskine House: Originally lived in by architect John Sanderson and later by Lord Erskine, an influential lawyer and reform advocate who resided there for 33 years starting in 1788. Lord Erskine confusingly named his house Evergreen, which was also the name of the neighboring property. Though the original house was demolished in 1923, elements of it remain in the current Erskine House and the adjacent Heath End House/Evergreen.

The Firs: Built in 1734 by John Turner, credited with building the Sandy Road (now a Heath track), and known for its fir trees, famously depicted by artists like John Constable. In the 1950s, The Firs was divided into three Grade II-listed houses: The White House, The Chantry, and Casa Maria (converted from the former billiards room). Surrounding 18th-century cottages, once stables and garden sheds, add charm to the area.

🤣🤣🤣🤣 This made me cackle. Everyone hates him so much. LOL!

Mainly, people hate that video because it turned out Ben had copied the idea from a smaller band and tried to pass it off as some brilliant idea he’d had.

Because they clearly shot the video when it was freezing out and the boys look absolutely miserable. There is a series of photos of Harry with a hot water bottle and a giant coat and he looks like he’s dying and has kk just been rescued from being stranded on an iceberg. So, people always joke, “remember when Ben tried to kill Harry?”

I think it may be less about the video itself, and more about Ben just being douchey for as long as we’ve been aware of him.
