a collar? i actually think i know what to do. you arent gonna like it very much but its the only way i can think to get it off.
you must have heard of fusion destabilizers before, right? well they have more than one use. when the prongs of the destabilizer touch the shock panel on the collar, the electrical frequencies short each other out for a split second. in that time, i will be able to tear the collar off of Star hopefully without hurting her. ill be as careful as i can.

Cache didn't design these for em to be taken off with a destabilizer- She ain't dumb.
I almost guarantee it'll shock her hard enough in response tah poof before it let's up, Cache can see through the damn camera on it, I know it. She will do it.. I dunno what happens when a gem this tiny and not fully developed poofs.
fuck i should have thought of that. this trick probably only works for era 1 and early era 2 collars.

I am sorry to butt in.. I am.. Probably the gem you want to speak to the least.. But..
..Azure is right.. Cache designs them perfectly so that the only way to take them off is through poofing, or with a remote only she has.. I'm terribly sorry..
..I wish I could do more.. But.. I'm also stuck.. I will try and give updates when I can..
..I have gathered, so far, that Cache let them go because the pink one was showing signs of development and didn't want to interrupt the potential for more... soldiers.
