seriously though, at has been a MASSIVE comfort show for me for the past four years. it’s helped me through some incredibly rough times

i’m not lying when i say that there were times where i probably wouldn’t still be here had i not had at to look forward to

and it’s ending

i’m really being hit by that prospect now, and i’m just,,, 

i’m excited, of course! but i’m already suuuuper upset, too

adventure time was, and still is, amazing, and probably one of the best pieces of western animation that’s ever been made, and it honestly really sucks that it’s ending

it feels almost premature, too. i feel like, had cartoon network not completely fucked them over with advertising and scheduling, it would still be incredibly popular today. it definitely could have lasted another season or so, that’s for sure.

but i have my full faith in the at crew. come along with me is going to as fucking amazing as possible, and even though there’s been,,, many problems entirely out of their control (coughcartoonnetwork’sgeneralshittreatmentoftheshowcough) i have full confidence they’re going to end it as well as they have the capacity to

i’m gonna miss you, adventure time.
