I was really brave and called the doctor and asked for help with my really severe phobia of throwing up because I’m already having a constant anxiety attack at the thought of the funeral and how I’m so stressed I am constantly nauseous and it’s stopping me sleeping and I’m so scared I’m going to have a panic attack and throw up at the funeral and ruin everything so let’s hope they can actually help me with it somehow
