WELCOME TO NEW ORLEANS
Caroline listened to the original rant about the pest that was Sillas and she had to fight to keep herself in check and not unload all her own grievances with the warlock too, “If he could just disappear the world would be thankful”. But she couldn´t keep the disgust out of her tone when she finally spoke. “You got away just in time, he is even more unhinged, specially now”. Her mind went to the original doppelganger, Amara.
He stopped and her words seemed to have sink in, and she took a deep breath as he moved closer to her. His words hit close to home, she knew, it was one of the reasons that she had jumped at the chance to get out of Mystic Falls. She loves her friends, but it was really taking a toll on her that everything always revolved around Elena, that she was expected to lay her life on the libe for her friend, but none of them even care enough to ask how she was when she needed them. “They are my friends, Klaus…I’m supposed to help them”, however her voice and her words lack the conviction that she had in the past.
She let out a heavy sigh and looked all around the big courtyard, avoiding his eyes since she knew he would be able to read her insecurity, “If only it could be so easy and fast but things only seem to get more complicated by the day…”. She started walking around the place as she told him about the situation, “Qetziya came back and it turns out she never killed Amare, she turned her into the anchor to the other side, every supernatural who dies goes through her and it turned her mad. And now he is desperate, truly, and his cruelty has no limits to get what he wants”

“Well now...” He trailed off, “Luckily, it just so happens that I know a particular witch who may be of service in resolving this...rather bothersome situation. “ He replied, that familiar smirk growing across his visage.
“Klaus..!” A voice coated with a feminine quality echoed from the second floor above them.
“Speak of the devil.” Klaus raised a playful brow at the sudden interruption.
“Klaus, where are you?!” A woman yelled, her blond curls bouncing against her shoulders as she sped down to them.
“Yes, sister?” He turned to her just as she finished coming down the stairs. “What have I done today?”
She stepped in front of him, locking eyes with him briefly, before shifting her attention to Caroline. “And who’s this?”
Klaus smiled, “This Freya, is a former colleague of mine, Ms. Caroline Forbes from Mystic Falls.” He stepped aside so Freya can take a full view of her.
“Mystic Falls..?” Freya questioned.
“Yes, fun little town. That’s If you’re definition of fun is measured by the amount of beer and pizza you can shove into your greedy mouth after taking a terrible loss in your local high school football game.” He said as he locked his wrists behind his back. “It just so happens, Ms. Forbes here is in need of our assistance in dealing with a rowdy lot, who don’t seem to want to bugger off.”
Freya quickly shifted his attention to Klaus, “Well she’s going to have to wait...one of the dark objects is missing.”
Klaus’ countenance briskly shifted from playful to stern. “What’s Lucien planning now..?”
“I don’t know, but I’ve been keeping a track of the dark objects Kol told me about, and one of them is on the move. Near an abandoned theatre just outside the French Quarter.”
