My name is Estelle, and I'm fem leaning genderfluid. I am 19 years old and I'm a Gemini.

I have been a part of the shifting community since 2019. I have mini-shifted on multiple occasions, as well as fully shifting too! (I personally believe a mini-shift counts as a full shift.) I have DRs with Bungo Stray Dogs, Stranger Things, Better CR, a Fame DR set in 1984, and a Fame DR set in 1979. I have plenty of storytimes if anyone is interested. Shifting advice I wish I had heard of before I shifted!! (⁠´⁠∩⁠｡⁠•⁠ ⁠ᵕ⁠ ⁠•⁠｡⁠∩⁠`⁠)

• #1: Your doubts only matter if you make them matter. You are in control.

• #2: You have already shifted, believe it or not. We are shifting every fraction of a second.

• #3: There is no past or future. All that exists is now. Time is a man-made concept. It isn't real, and it definitely isn't taking "forever" to get your desires.

• #4: Law of assumption and robotic affirmations are your best friends.

• #5: The 3D is an illusion. It is only predicting what's going to happen.

• #6: You are awareness, not your body. You are not your thoughts either. You are the observer, as I like to call it. The universe is experiencing itself through you.

• #7: Shifting isn't an action. It is a state of being. We are constantly shifting, like I said earlier.

• #8: The 3D isn't your enemy, and neither is your ego. (Ask for more in depth explanations of ego if you don't understand!! I'm happy to explain!)

• #9: You don't have to use a method to shift. All you need is intention.

• #10: Shifting is different for everyone. You can shift in any state, because we are constantly shifting.

how to shift whenever (from an experienced shifter)

i see so many people still talking about shifting like it’s this impossible thing, like you have to beg the universe for it or spend months trying every method out there. so here’s the truth, from someone who’s actually been shifting consistently for a while:

you can shift whenever you want.

and no, that’s not just motivational bs, that’s literally how it works when you understand what shifting actually is.

shifting isn’t something you try to do. it’s something you allow. the version of you that already lives in your desired reality? they already exist. your job isn’t to create them , it’s to align with them.

you don’t need to feel tingles or hear signs or vibrate at some perfect level. you don’t need the perfect sleep schedule or the perfect script. what you need is clarity.

clarity that says: “i know what i want. i know it already exists. and i trust myself enough to go there.”

when i shift, i don’t force it. i don’t chase it. i become it.

it’s just a decision:

a breath.

a moment.

a quiet “i’m already there.”

and then i fall into it.

not because i’m trying so hard, but because i finally stopped trying.

once you drop the resistance, once you stop doubting, you realize how easy it is. how natural. how familiar.

there’s no big secret. no magic formula.

just presence. trust. surrender.

and once you taste it? once you know you can do it?

you’ll never stress about it again.

treat the 3d like a video game.

i hope you guys know that your manifestations won’t implode if you accidentally react to the 3d LOL😭. like you don’t HAVE to start panicking if you accidentally checked the 3d…. you just genuinely have to stop identifying with it, YOU are the one who accepts your desires not the stupid 3d. YOU decide. not the 3d. think of the 3d (physical world) kinda like a video game with high graphics — you may get frustrated about it not loading but you KNOW it will end up loading, just like you with your desires. you get frustrated about not having them. that’s okay. but again with the video game analogy, you KNOW it’ll work out in your favor like how the video game would end up loading. you just need to know you have your desires, the frustration does not matter, because the mirror would end up reflecting and it may have already reflected at this very moment. you just need to accept it.

The shift has already happened.

Yeah, you're already in your DR. You're just not seeing it, right? I know the feeling all too well. You must be thinking that "Oh, I didn't shift today..."

🚨🚨🚨 WRONG!!!

You already shifted. When I get stuck in a loop of not understanding why I didn't get my results instantly, I'm reminded that time is a man-made concept and therefore I technically DID receive my desires instantly, that I DID shift.

I shifted 3 times in one CR day because I realized this. Shifting is SO easy. And I know, if you're like me, you've heard that a lot, and you're probably tired of it. But please stop making things harder on yourself! I love you guys and I don't want you to struggle!

I'll be making a post soon about all my shifting knowledge that's actually helpful. This is just me rambling, haha-

you already know that there are no limits to scripting whatever you want. When you are scripting for your DR, you simply decide what you want and write it down. You don't overthink it or question whether it will come true or not because you know that once you have shifted, that thing you scripted will happen/has happened. You have already made that assumption.

how is this any different from actually shifting to your DR? you just simply decide you're in your DR. That is it. No fuss. No extra thought to it. You just accept your DR as your new reality. it's like you have "scripted" that you're in your DR. and like scripting, there is no need to overthink it. you've already decided that outcome for yourself and accepted it as true.

If you are a shifter who scripts (which is basically everyone, even if you only script mentally), you have already conditioned yourself to believe that what you script will become your reality. This reality is no different from your DR in that sense. That's why so many people say shifting and manifesting are the same thing. Just as you can script for your DR, you can also script for your CR. So why not use that to your advantage? You can create the rules for your CR the same way you create them for your DR.

if it makes sense for you, make a separate script for your cr and treat it like your dr script. start scripting stuff like 'in this reality, i am a master shifter' 'i have the ability to shift to my drs'. you know the same way you would script 'i have the ability to execute dances well' for your kpop dr or 'i have a high pain tolerance' for your marvel one.

shifting method for lazy and loud minds.

this method is very simple. it's for people who don't feel like organizing a whole method or putting in a lot of effort(because you don't need to), and people who have very messy brains that are always thinking and never shut up. it's all about affirming and optionally visualizing. step 1 : get comfy. lay down, go to bed, do it awake, eyes opened, idc. whatever position works best for you. step 2 : start affirming. "holy shit i'm in my DR!! this is crazy i actually shifted, oh my goody goodness this is for real!!!" exactly like that, i'm not kidding literally just go crazy with it. step 3 : Now as your affirm, start to throw in what is currently happening in your DR, you can visualise as well, but you don't have to! if you're shifting to an mha DR for example "holy moly i'm recieving my first tailored hero suit!!! holy moly i'm getting ready for training!! blah blah whatever you want" and now just do that till you shift or whatever, you can also do this for reaching the void state or any other state you want if you so please! this method helps me a lot as someone who has a LOT of thoughts, my own thoughts overlap sometimes and doubts, getting sidetracked, etc can be a big problem for me. this method helps a lot, if you're thoughts are loud, you just have to be louder, yknow. so yeah. have fun shifting!

stop worrying about time ꪆৎ

"stop worrying about time when manifesting/shifting" i say and you think what i’m saying is "be patient and wait forever if it takes that, ignore the time it takes" but what i'm actually saying is stop. worrying. about. time. it doesn't take time. time is not running out. i don't mean that in a motivational way, but in a ridiculously direct way of there's only now. there's only ever now.

time only feels so heavy and burdening and real because you keep feeding the thought that "it's taking too long". the second you stop looking at the clock to see whether it's worked yet, you pull yourself out of "lack" (unreal) and land right back in the only place you ever are anyway, the present moment. you just let yourself be right now, resting as the awareness that already has it all anyway. there's no waiting period. it's already done.

You are the creator. There is no outside force that gives you your desires. You give it to yourself! Every time you go “oh I have to feel x, think x, do x” you are making it harder for yourself. It truly is about just doing what you want. Let yourself enjoy your desires, don’t force yourself to feel. And I know it might seem hard to give yourself your desires, but you do it every day. Every moment you are choosing a story. There is no set future that is bound to happen which you have to try and change, that’s you choosing that story! So choose a different one! I used to always hear people in this community say “you’re always choosing a story” and for a minute I had no idea what they were talking about. But it literally just means that you are constantly actively choosing a reality for yourself, be it good, bad or indifferent. So it’s okay to put yourself in the reality where you have all the desires of your heart fulfilled. There is nothing wrong with that. You don’t have to do anything to get your desires. You don’t need to work harder, affirm more, feel deeper, just know it’s done because it is. And when I say that, I don’t mean try and deceive yourself into believing it’s done so that you can get it. It’s not about tricking yourself into believing. You are the one creating. I’m sure you’re probably familiar with Neville Goddard’s interpretation of the Bible, so let me put it this way. When God said “let there be light” did he have to convince himself it was there, visualise it, say it 10k times, try his best to believe the light would appear? No, he didn’t. He simply decreed “let there be light” and there was. It will come one way or another. You just have to choose it. Feel it. The 3d is simply a mirror of what you assume to be true. It isn’t your truth. Your consciousness is. You can be conscious of something without it being in the 3d. Think of an apple. There you’re conscious of it. That doesn’t mean there’s an apple in your hands. Now bite into the apple. There, you’re conscious of eating an apple. The 3d is so limited and your consciousness is quite literally limitless! And you are always experiencing your consciousness (4d), not the 3d (by which I mean you only experience/feel the reality of the 3d when you accept it and let it into your consciousness). You have complete control over your imagination. You get to choose what is. Choose wisely.

For shifting motivation, I have a storytime!

Michael has a studio at the property, and that's where he made his Off the Wall album. I had the luck of watching him in his element. It was truly a one of a kind experience. He usually doesn't let anyone else in the studio, but I'm his only exception, which is so sweet, by the way.

But to see such a perfectionist like Michael in the zone is amazing. He would keep lyrics for months and then just change them the second they didn't sound right. I know this is all base level knowledge for the most part, but it's so much different than seeing it in person.

ik crazy ahh title, but this is something that has worked for me.

name your 'subconscious' something. something personal/weird whatever. and treat it like your best friend. your subconscious listens to EVERYTHING. it's there to be helping you. (cuz it's lit you but okay) so just talk to it like

"[name] omg i'm so happy we're shifting tonight. i know you're gonna help cuz you're in charge tonight"

"[name] we're going to get into the void. I'M SOOO HAPPY YOU'LL HELP ME!!"

idk why it worked, but it helped me manifest a lot.

2. name your doubts. whenever a doubt pops up, think of it as a separate entity. think of it as a dumb bitch karen who's here to irritate you. name it and CUSS the fuck out of it.

"oh we're never going to be able to-" shut up karen. why don't you let the important people handle it
