"Television Equipment in the Service of the National Economy" is a Soviet popular science and documentary film released in 1976. The film is a detailed film report from the large-scale international exhibition "Svyaz-75", held in Moscow. The film was created by the Film Information Department of the USSR Ministry of Communications and filmed on the famous Soviet film "Svema". What is shown in the film The film demonstrates the advanced achievements of Soviet engineering in the field of television broadcasting and applied television systems for the mid-1970s.: Studio video recorders: the iconic Malachite-CT and Kadr-3P devices for Soviet TV are presented. Television cameras: an overview of the work of professional cameras "KT-116" and "KT-132". Mobile complexes: demonstration of the operation of a PTS (mobile television station) color television. Industrial TV: an overview of various indoor and applied television installations that were implemented in factories, construction sites and transport hubs of the USSR.
