Gym Etiquette and Tips
Don't be afraid to ask someone how to perform a specific exercise (we all want to help!)
Don't use a machine, bench, or a squat rack if people's belongings are on it ( we could just be taking a quick bathroom break)
Do your best to not make as much groaning or yelling sounds ( no one wants to hear a seal sound while working out, but sometimes it can't be helped)
Only give advice when someone asks you for one
Clean up after yourself ( we all sweat, no need to leave it for cleanup for the next person
Re Rack or put your weights away
Avoid conversing for too long (there are other people waiting to use the equipment you are on)
