How I got the Hamsters.. 😂

Okay, so all of you have been asking me how I got the hamsters and to tell the truth it really wasn't that hard. All you to do is go to a local pet store and scope it out more than once while maybe even buying some small things for whatever pet ur thinking of getting already, making sure ur not sus when u leave. (For me I didn't buy anything but they weren't sus of me so I didn't have to) At this particular one I go to, you can interact with all of the animals that they have because they have open tops to the cages. They want you to be able to interact with the animals so u will actually consider buying one. Anyways after I scoped out the place and acted as if all I wanted to do was pet the animals, I walked over to the hamsters and I picked up a few put them back, played around with a few more but as I was putting those back, I kept one hid in my hand behind my phone and after that I acted like I was putting my phone in my pocket, held it there and left. I don't know about everyone else's but at my local pet store there's like no cameras. I know they might eventually notice a few hamsters are gone but they probably will just think a kid let them go😂 It was so easy that I was considering even taking a cat, but then I realized they count the cats and not the hamsters. Plus my parents would flip! 😂😂 If you have any other questions or tips then go ahead and message me or comment below. 😁 P.S. If you try this, wearing a sweater with decent sized pockets really helps. Also, if you get paranoid drop everything and go, just come back and get it next time. It's better to get home with nearly nothing then to be in jail. Be safe my friends 💕

tip for stores who count articles only before entering the fitting room

1. grab the maximum number of clothes you are allowed to have and enter the fitting room. make sure to get at least 1 large/prominent item like a hoodie/dress/jacket or something brightly colored that you don’t plan to lift.

2. detag and conceal in fitting room. to be on the safe side, if you are allowed <4 items, my advice is to not attempt this because it might be a bit risky. if you are allowed 4, lift 1. 5-6 items, lift 2. anything more, you can try 3.

3. as you leave the fitting room, smile and say this to the SA if she tries to take the clothes in your hands: ‘oh it’s fine, i’ll just grab these!’ and then walk away. (make sure they only count BEFORE and not AFTER as well otherwise you’re fucked.)

4. walk around for a bit more and then give the decoy clothes to another SA on the floor or to the cashier and say that you don’t want them anymore.

5. walk the fuck out with your newly lifted clothes 👠

p.s.a: i’ve only attempted this once and it worked flawlessly so i’m just passing off the advice. always remain alert and check and check and recheck for tags before you leave the fitting room so you don’t beep on your way out!

also, this is a great time to hide the clothes you want to lift inside the clothes you don’t plan on lifting! ex. hanging a t shirt you want on a hanger, then hanging a bulky sweater on top of it so that they don’t see the t shirt when they count. if they take the clothes out of your hands to count then this can be risky, but if they just count them while you’re holding them, this can help a lot. my partner and i do this at forever 21 allllll the time lol

My Idea #1 for Averting Suspicion While Searching for Tags

If someone ever comes up to you and tries to CS you while you’re searching a product to see if/where/how its tagged, just tell them you were checking to see if it was cruelty free/vegan/hypoallergenic/exipration date.

The word vegan also applies to purses, bags, wallets, and shoes- if they’re made from leather they’ll have a little ‘pelt’ sign on them (looks like an outline of a sheepskin rug).

Cruelty-Free products- whether lotion, cosmetics, or perfume- should have the PETA leaping bunny on them. Make-up also expires and has an expiration date. If your face is really beat and you look old enough you can say that you were planning on buying a new palette but wanted to check the expiration date before using it on clients. If your face isn’t as beat you can say that you wanted to buy a palette but since you don’t wear make-up much you wanted to see how long it would last before it expired.

This is a really good excuse when unboxing Naked palettes to make sure they don’t have tags on the inside because all the information including ingredient lists are in the inside, under the box.

I let myself get caught today 😡

THIS IS EVERYTHING NOT TO DO BTW

So I was at f.y.e. today (which I have never even seen be mentioned on liftblr, so there’s my first problem, study up you guys) and I grabbed a key chain. A FUCKING key chain. I went to a blind spot and concealed, and I totally noticed that, what I presume is the manager (very old to be an employee), was to totally eyeing me and following me; second problem. I should have just put that shit back, not worth it. So then right when I was leaving she yells out “Miss!” And I turned around and said “yes?” And very rudely she said “ what did you do w the little thing?!” And THIS my lovelies is where I fucked up hard. Don’t do this: I literally just handed back the key chain and said sorry. What. I. I’m fucking stupid. I literally could have just said I put it back and left omg. Anyways she was like “ya got anymore?! You know I could call the police?!? You’re never aloud back here ya know that right?!?!” Just being the rudest bitch and it shook me up for the rest of the day I’ve never got caught before. This has been a wake up call (at the perfect time too because i’m about to do some major hauls w my lifting buddy).

SO WHAT HAVE WE LEARNED TODAY:

BE ABLE TO WORK UNDER PRESSURE!!- I knew what to do but i was so freaked out i did the opposite. Not a ton of people talk about this but please, know what you gotta do because the pressure will be on.

IF IT SEEMS AT ALL SUS AT ALL JUST DROP IT- its not worth it, at all.

DON’T JUST HAND THE SHIT BACK LIKE A DUMB ASS THE SECOND THEY CONFRONT YOU- this is obvious, but i still did it because i’m dumb. But seriously, you’re not gonna get remorse or honestly points or some shit. They will treat you like shit if you get caught, no matter how they find out. 

OLDER EMPLOYEE IN A YOUNG ADULT ORIENTED STORE? ITS THE MANAGER- nearly all of the time this is the case and i really should have realized this when i was there.

IF YOU EVEN HAVE AN INKLING THAT SA OR LP OR WHATEVER IS WATCHING YOU OR FOLLOWING YOU, DUMP IT AND LEAVE- i know i basically already said this, but seriously guys. Don’t think you’re gonna get lucky like i thought. Just put it back and go.
