Anyway the logic here is that all force sensitives would need some amount of nightwing blood. Im thinking moon powers = Jedi powers in this au. Some of the most powerful and rare force users may also be animagi.

Don’t have a strict rule for the tribes other then vibes. Naboo seems very silkwing so yeah, also obviously a lot of sandwings in the equivalent of the Tattooine area. Otherwise the tribes are very character oriented. (I just found the idea of sandwing Anakin and skywing Obi Wan exceedingly hysterical.)

legion mask update!

Got sculpting with some air dry clay! Turned out amazing!!!! Idk how I have never really worked with clay

I had no idea what I wanted to be for Halloween but then it hit me… teenage serial killer. So anyway I’m making a Legion mask from DBD, specifically Julie Kostenko’s. Good progress so far, sanding the ever loving shit out of a Spirit Halloween mask beats pre calc homework any day…

For context the sanding is so the air dry clay sticks better to the plastic!

Becoming a Transformers fan and a Bionicle enjoyer simultaneously is wild because of the amount of names you have to remember.

Like there’s robots named Soundwave and Shockwave but don’t get them mixed up cause they’re very different. Also their ship name is wavewave. Not to be confused with Heatwave, who is never in any media ever. Skyfire and Jetfire are the same robot.

Then sometimes Huki’s name is spelled Hewkii but it’s the same guy EVEN THOUGH Onewa and Onua are different people. Also Jaller is sometimes Jalla and he never looks the same even within the same game.

I know so much useless information because of these franchises

Heyyy you gave me a shred of validation here’s my au’s Rarity as a treat

Au lore beneath cut

She’s a changling scout and also albino she only looks reformed. She is also a royal changling (think royal jelly with bees) normal changling drones in this au don’t have the mantis arms and are smaller.

Her story would start out as her being very survival oriented with the hive being so competitive. She grows up to be a very powerful Changling and a prodigy in general, so she is sent out to expand territory/find food for the hive. She is very dedicated to her mission but as she goes through her infiltration using her many pony disguises (which always have the same color scheme) she begins to find passion in simpler things like fashion. Really her many disguises are also a fashion statement to her as she is very proud of her many characters.

For her journey to her element of generosity I’m thinking of giving her huge elder sibling energy. With her being a very powerful changling royal Queen chrysalis expects much of her and she is always expected to provide for the hive. Through her infiltration her generosity becomes less and less of a self imposed obligation and much more of a way to show her affection.

I also have some extra flavouring for the changlings in general. For their shapshifting they have a spinneret that they use to weave a cocoon, which allows them to change their form in a much more creepy and bug-like way. I’m thinking the drones can really only change their forms as to mimic already existing ponies while the royal changlings can actually sculpt their forms to make a completely unique persona.
