I just came here to say it makes 0 sense for amelia not to have AT LEAST fucking called her LA family.

She wouldn’t have wanted to worry them. In PP she didn’t call her mom or brother (both of whom she loved and worshipped tbh) about her baby bc she didn’t want them to have to lose a grandchild and nephew, respectively. I think the same logic would have applied. If she died they would have found out anyways and if she lived then there was no point in worrying them in the first place.

Amelia’s brain tumor. Owen and Omelia as a whole rn. Need I say more? 

So I’ll leave this blog as it is, and the fanfics and all, but I’m just done. idk if I’ll move to other fandoms even because I’m acc v v busy, but never say never(?) I haven’t been that active anyway, but now I guess it’ll be even less. I don’t blame anyone who unfollows. kthxbye

I'm not a doctor so I'm wondering if it's possible that with this tumour Amelia never showed physical symptoms like headache or seizures. I guess we'll find out in the next episodes

It’s very, very, very unlikely. that was my beef with it in the first place.

A tumor this big would surely cause mass effects inside Amelia’s skull and she would develop a large variety of physical symptoms. headaches, nausea, blurred vision, fatigue, confusion, seizures, etc. Some she could have covered up, sure. But its hard to buy that a woman who is a brilliant neurosurgeon would spend months, perhaps even years feeling chronic symptoms and would never consider that it wasn’t normal.
