Tadc fans on tiktok might be some of the most annoying, mean spirited people alive. The amount of causual transphobia on that app is insane. They loved jax when she was just an edgy male, regardless of her actions, but now that she's confirmed a closeted trans girl, everyone jumps on her for being abusive. She's a horrible person regardless of the fact that she's trans and the POINT of TADC's story is that hiding and repressing yourself can lead you to be miserable and horrible to others. It doesn't excuse her behavior, it just gives us context behind it. I'm sorry for the random rant, It just gets to a point where being in this fandom becomes tiring. Im glad tumblr especially is alot better and more accenting of the reveal and im sure in some time it'll be just as accepted on tiktok its just sad to see the initial reaction.
