Update!!! After a long wait and me making a bit of a fuss, the MRI finally happened. MRI showed no signs of a stroke! They are keeping her overnight and are going to talk to her about what might be going on in the morning and God willing she will come home tomorrow! My mom a few days ago went to the hospital after having a persistent headache for nearly 8 days. When she got there her blood pressure had spiked and doctors immediately became concerned that she may have suffered a stroke. She was admitted and transferred and was scheduled for a MRI so we can get answers. Every 4 hours they’ve been doing a neurological evaluation, she’s having a hard time walking, the headaches keep returning, and the blood pressure keeps fluctuating to high levels. At this point no MRI has been done…my mom is a strong woman and I’ve never seen worry or fear in her until yesterday when she was trying to walk. Please pray for us to get the answers, please pray for this hospital to stop dragging their feet and get the MRI done, please pray for my mom’s peace of mind and healing, please pray for entire family, my mom is an anchor for this whole family and we are all a bit shook. Something has been on my mind all day and I can’t sleep, so I’m going to share. Well today marks 38 years! I’ve learned a few things over the years especially in the last year!
