The "King of the North" may have won the Makerfield by-election, but fixing the North/South Divide needs more than just devolution.
The North needs proper funding, infrastructure, and a real say in how we fix our own problems instead of going cap in hand to Westminster.
We need more than just a levelling-up rebrand.

This Pride Month and every other month of the year, we will keep fighting for a North where everyone is truly free to be themselves.

In an age where politics has become so fractured that some feel the need to engage in tactical voting, it's important for everyone's vote to matter.
