in my humble opinion, the most beautiful thing abt love is the effort. like the one that doesn’t even feel like effort, just deliberate action motivated by pure love and desire to make another person happy. making conscious choices in favour of that person, taking your time to create special moments and rituals, distance nor time notwithstanding

a fresh start

inches of sunlight yearn for my flesh, where stretches of desire taunted dormant bones

but they move freely now: my neurones, no longer soft rock, bridge and provoke and now I am a multitude of waves: an electrical impulse, of a desire, of a craving – of light. I simply wish to gleam; to reach levels of tenderness like the rays that rest here upon bare skin
