I'm very into knowing things, & I mean REALLY into knowing stuff. I'm avid in multiple kinds of knowledge, oftentimes really niche things about each field I take interest in (biology, anatomy, fashion... Etc.). Although, there are things I need to polish on... (Like, art history). With that aside, I'm curious as hell, & may ask a lot of questions.

I'm introverted (INFP-t), but please don't feel shy to talk to me! I actually quite like talking (if my mood's fine), especially about people's interests & whatnot— I love the little details about people.

I love LOVE music, I do almost everything with music on, & I love sharing my taste & when people share theirs, for ex. If you couldn't already tell I LOVE Deftones (hmu if you wanna talk bout Deftones!!!). I also play two instruments— drums & mbira (kalimba), & I'm practicing on my vocals.

I can be a very busy guy, I read & study a lot constantly & I also take FOREVER on my projects because I pay a lot of attention to details, so please bear with me...

I love writing lore & whatnot, & I love diving into the lore of prexisting characters; for those wondering I do have kins (off the top of my head... Nicole/Emily (C09), Chance (Forsaken), Valentine (Skullgirls), & several more.)

I'm very passionate & opinionated, so I will probably have super rigid opinions— but I do enjoy hearing other perspectives.

I'm a goth who is also looking to get into other alternative cultures (I'm really getting into punk right now, please send me music recs & culture articles if you have any!)

I'm very emotional & erratic, & will sometimes act out of line & my mood shifts like crazy

Yes, I have enjoyed music by several problematic artists' BUT by no means do I support their actions & I do whatever I can to not give them finances (if you bother me over this I WILL block you.)

I tend to correct people's misuse of specific terms, sorry (not really)!

I sometimes can lack good emotional empathy towards those I don't know well despite having good cognitive empathy, apologies

I sometimes spell with 'd' rather than 'th' as a reflection of how I speak vocally, but I probably won't in serious contexts

I use 'dude, bro' etc. a lot, lmk if you don't like it!

If I ship certain characters you dislike, don't bother me, casse toi et au revoir! Same goes for selfship doubles, just scroll or block me n' move on, what you like shouldn't drag other people!

I'm always open to constructive critique of my art/views, but if you start hurling slurs, death threats, hate— for no reason I will either put you on blast or block you, take a hike!

There are two types of writers:

1. 'It's fiction, it doesn't need to make sense!'

2. 'I didn't account for the rotation of the planet and how that affects the constalations while my characters stargazed at different times of year, I have failed as a writer, and this entire thing is trash'

you say you are almost certain. so you are not absolutely certain.

unless you are absolutely, undoubtedly certain — with actual proof — that their writing is ai generated, never ever ask an artist if their work is ai generated.

I know several writers who would stop writing and delete all of their works if they were ever accused of using ai. so it doesn't matter if you are polite when you ask them this, you are suggesting that their works are ai generated, that they didn't create the works they could have spent hours, days, weeks, months or years working on.

ai and chatgpt are trained on real humans' works, they are trained to mimic the way real humans write. so if you say a genuine writer's work "looks ai", I'm gonna have to ask you what you think ai was trained on.

a writer whose English isn't their first language may also write in a way that "looks ai" to some, if they write in English and have to rely on translator.

using em dash isn't a sign of ai. I do it all the time. my fellow writers all love em dash.

having long paragraphs with "overly described scenes" isn't a sign of ai. I do it all the time, and so do my fellow writers.

all the "ai signs" are actually just what most writers actually do. they get mistaken for "ai signs" because sometimes the way writers write or describe a scene in a fanfic or an original work is different than the way people talk or text. because they're writing a fic and describing a scene, not chatting with a friend. the way I talk is different than the way I write my fics.

if you suspect a work was ai generated, but are not 100% sure, you can always just stop reading said work without saying anything.

if someone does use ai to write, they will either a.) deny and continue using ai to write or b.) admit because they see nothing wrong with it and continue using ai to write.

if a genuine writer was wrongly accused of using ai, they may stop writing altogether.

asking a writer if they use ai or chatgpt to write will always do more harm than good. witch hunting will always do more harm than good.

you are not "fighting against ai" by throwing around such accusations. you are harming genuine writers and artists.

all of the fanfic writers, whom I personally know, say the same thing that they would feel discouraged and might delete all their works if they were asked this.

it’s not “hey do you like x or y” question. it’s a subtle implication that your work looks like it was written by a robot within a minute. if you personally don’t find that offensive, that’s cool. but I know a lot of writers do. and they have the rights to be discouraged by it.

also we are talking about fanfic writers who write as their hobby, getaway or safe place, writers whose works you read for free. not writers who sell their works and are making profit from what they write. fanfic writers don’t owe you anything.

Asking a writer or artist if they “use AI” is an accusation, no matter how you dress it up. It’s not neutral. It implies you think their effort, style, or voice is artificial. It implies that their human work doesn’t look human enough for you.

You don’t protect the community by policing people who are actually creating from scratch. You protect it by supporting human creators, reporting confirmed AI misuse when there’s evidence, and learning the difference between this sounds different than what I’d write and this is machine-generated.

Writers—especially fanfic authors—already pour their time, emotion, and identity into what they share for free. They don’t owe anyone proof of authenticity on top of that. And if your question makes someone want to quit writing, it’s not protecting the community. It’s shrinking it.

If you’re not 100% sure, just scroll. AI ethics don’t need to turn into public inquisition season.

Spent thinking about them being happy and actually realizing they could understand each other better and that that could lead to a healthier relationship and life and they could be. They do immaculate etchings in my brain and ones of which ache with the ideas to be produced and put out on paper but alas I am not the original crafter and I must be patient. But we have time. And I’m sure eventually they’ll both realize and they can both at least try to understand each other and yes it will be messy but that’s their charm, isn’t it? They need each other, and that’s that. They really do. So i was like looking at some funny ass dominican stuff & i was like ok puts on some palo music & draws self in ropa típica

i did uhhh typical with campesino elements, then one of the many variations of just típico (a little more modern one bc the fedora isnt paja like the campesino one)

& one of the many versions of the femme one cuz fun fact i do sometimes like dressign fem & i LOVE long dresses/skirts

rosa del bayahibe is the national flower (but it is pink not red, that was a silly mistake .....)

I really tried making the drawings have some rhythm (derived some inspo from terry hi terr.y.), esp with the hatching on the colored parts
