I'm Asian and Native American. Identity is a bit hard to pinpoint just because I'm not only mixed but have been taught bits and pieces of spirituality of other cultures/faiths growing up in mixed communities. I generally consider myself a mix of Anituo (Filipino reconstructionist religion) and a Daoist. But I also know some stuff about Buddhism, Hinduism, misc other Asian folk magic and some other Native stuff. (not going to list tribal affiliation for privacy reasons but I'm going to say when or when not there's a topic I have knowledge/can speak on).
More detailed info under the cut, and basic requests I have when interacting with me. There is a LOT of text below.
Anything else I will share at my own discretion. Do not poke me and prod me for explanations if I say I'm not going to talk about it. I am not your zoo animal. I am not a performer.
Please do not recommend I do anything related to the Christian god and his servants if I am ever asking for advice on spellwork, protections, etc. (For example, I knew a really annoying guy who would insist that I should invoke saints for protection a lot.) I find it insanely rude since I'm a part of three different ethnic groups that Christians have actively tried to genocide, enslave, or both. I am OK With working with some fallen angels and demons at my own discretion.
I know some Indigenous people are Christian witches and I don't think there's anything wrong with that, but I'd like white people and other outsiders to respect my own personal boundaries set by generational trauma.
I have a very "literal" worldview when it comes to interacting with magic, the astral, etc. I don't mean that I think all magic is mundane, I mean that, for me, and my family, and my culture- magic is real, there are metaphysical forces, etc. While I do think some magic is mundane, I definitely believe in stuff people call "energy work" and whatnot, and I would appreciate people keeping this in mind. Please do not try and convince me otherwise. I'm not going to budge on it.
(Though with all the weirdo new-age people who peddle crystals and energy healing, I feel obligated to say I don't think things like energy healing are going to cure cancer and I believe they're more for your spiritual body rather than your literal one a good majority of the time)

I don't know how to say this without sounding like "edgy" or whatever but I'm an experienced "exorcist" of sorts and I tussle with strong malicious entities all the time. People call me to remove stuff that other people can't. I'm NOT a beginner when dealing with malicious entities, if I ask about one it's probably because I don't know much about that specific culture they belong to. (For example, I don't know a lot about fae and many other European spirits)
I would appreciate people not talk down to me when talking about how strong some malicious entities are. I've seen a lot of shit. I also don't take kindly to people chastising me for working with entities that are known to be "dangerous". I know what I'm getting into and have developed bonds with my spirit companions based on respect and understanding.
I also have dealt with spirits who were trying to trick me, or spirits attacking me, etc. I know how to handle it. The only times I've needed major assistance were for swarms of entities attacking me during intense exorcisms for clearing people's whole houses/property, or when I've been absolutely exhausted such as recovering from physical surgeries.
In general, I work with a lot of spirits that one might loosely consider "demons" in translation (such as huli jing being often translated as "fox demons"). I joke about my spirit family being a "demon frat house" but I've started to go out of my way to talk to more spirits of a wider variety of backgrounds (all of which are normally OK for me to work with or I have been invited to work with by someone from that culture, no worries). I'm not going to detail too many specifics on my spirit companions on this tumblr.

If you need assistance with things like demon/parasite/other malicious entity removal, you can message me. I can't guarantee I'll be able to get around to it in a timely manner without pay however (sorry, but I have to pay bills and eat, too.)
I also do conjures for any entity that is either from an open culture, a culture I have experience with and am allowed to summon, or a culture that you are from. Prices vary depending on the type of entity and how much information you want me to ask about and write up for you. Feel free to message me if you're interested.

Other expertise includes making astral constructs or other thoughtforms and servitors. I will not detail guides on this unless I know you personally. I think a lot of people aren't responsible enough to be tasked with creating a living thing "properly". I also don't think a lot of people even have the capability (due to lack of skill/experience, energy, or otherwise) to make a proper, stable thoughtform that is fully disconnected from its creator and independent.
I also work with a lot of weird shit from space, eldritch entities and whatnot. Along with "unrecorded" astral beings. I am a void explorer at heart. ("Void" being the traditional element prominent in some Asian religions as being the "other" category for anything otherworldly, usually what people would call "celestial" or space-related.)
Void is also my main element of choice to do everything with, outside of things like fire, ice, electricity, and metal. Please do not ask me to write any tutorials on void energy work. I know things are kind of scarce on the internet but I don't think I can really "teach" this sort of thing, I was born with it and all my stuff like bending astral space and whatever is intuitive. I do not know how to teach people how to do this, so please don't ask me to.
Those big bad racist movements didn't always come out guns blazing with the racism. A lot of them had their roots in pastoral romanticism, rural romanticism and pushes to return to traditional ways, traditional skills, traditional language, and such. It was a rewriting of history, a mythologizing of history before it was ever an outright claim of superiority. It was a "romantic nationalism" before it was violent nationalism. So yeah...I think about that a lot in my adventures through the witchcraft and pagan communities. It helps...with discernment and stuff.
Forgetting to put water out for the ancestors for a while and making it up with electrolyte infused water (I bet this shit would've been banging to someone from like 1400)
Finding it hard to articulate this but I'm kinda sick of white people who live in Appalachia acting like this makes them inherently more mystical due to their perceived proximity to indigenous traditions. Like they wanna jack our Native swag when half their shit is stolen from us.
The folks demanding people post photos are so hilarious to me. Like it's the exact opposite of the culture of secrecy that was drilled into a lot of us for decades.
Like... post if you want, don't post if you don't want, and don't be weird to other people for fuck's sake. 😆
I think people forget how much scrap material is around us everyday they can use in magic. Especially fabric.
The amount of charm bags and pouches i make from old ripped up shirts or scrab fabric is nuts. You don't need to be using big chunky martials or jars for everything when thrift stores have soooo much fabric waiting to be adopted and put to use.
Working on my shorthand grimoire with spells , sigils, talismans that will be my pocket travelers. Those papers will be torn, burned, swallowed, given, hidden, used in rituals, in any kind of situation. I made 8 main sections with a sigil that describes it : Protection talisman magick, space blessing & banishment, self enchantment (I call it Buff magic), object enchantment , Spirits & God summons, War magick, Demon summoning, Chaos magick.
Papers include various things from various cultures or self inspired , written or drawn sigils, void evocation stuff. It’s awesome being chaos magickian right ; )
On one side of paper is a sigil, on the other side is written short explanation of what sigil does. It’s helpful and also it sets in stone what is expected from it.
Section papers have a big sigil in corresponding color with corresponding numbers on the other side for extra power. Sides of this flashcards have a golden yellow and purple paper, I will draw extra golden sigils into it.
After finishing everything, it’s time to make a special ritual of bonding with grimoire and giving it extra magickal fuel ;)
I may or may not have made an infinite washing machine whirlpool vortex trapping a bunch of energies by utilizing multiple dual compact mirrors and arranging them in a circle
Someone posting photos of their curse setup as some stupid circlejerk which would allow someone else to counter it easier bc they know exactly the type of work you're doing
or
posting the curse setup photos and they just... don't have any vibes from them. Like you can tell OP conjured Fuckall during them so a counter isn't necessary
You know, as someone who loves doing research (I mean, I call myself a wizard because I love the research phase), I can't emphasize enough that sometimes you just have to start doing shit.
You can read as many Tarot 101 books as you want and can check out from the library or acquire otherwise, but you're not going to get a feel for the system until you start pulling cards. If you're scared of being wrong, just admit that you're nervous going in until you build up confidence in your skills.
You can analyze as many spells written by others as you'd like and make theoretical substitutions, but you're not going to get a feel for actually casting a spell until you cast one. Doesn't even have to be a spell you made.
You can fill entire notebooks with information on trees (staring in the mirror at myself), but that's not gonna do much to help you until you go and touch grass and actually do something with the tree. Like talking to it.
You're allowed to be afraid. You're even allowed to just be an armchair witch or whatever we're calling them this week. But sometimes it's fun to just do the thing.
I took off all my enchanted jewelry for an MRI appointment (including my lucky talisman) and upon leaving my house I immediately tripped down the stairs and ate shit on the concrete, landing on my knee and scraping it. I went to urgent after the MRI because the pain when moving my leg was unbearable.
Anyway, I'm going to refrain from removing this stuff as much as possible
Hey, all. I'm gonna make this quick. I and my household don't have enough money for rent, food, and emergency expenses we've had to pay out of pocket for lately. I'm unemployed but am actively looking for a job, same for my housemates, of whom one had an interview today (wish him luck please!).
I run a shop doing tarot, oracle, Lenormand, Kipper, charms, and more readings. I just added a bunch of options to the shop. I try to make things as affordable as I can with the time that these take.
Find my sh0p here, and find my tool list here for the ones that ask you to pick a deck.
If I can make even just enough to cover gas for interviews or a little bit of food, I'm happy.
(Free readings remain open because I need something to do between everything more important, because that doesn't take up all of my time.)
I got a job! However, now I need money for gas to get to said job until I get my first paycheck on the 21st where I'll be able to afford gas on my own... so emergency paid readings remain open to hopefully fundraise that amount.
