Hello, I’m Frival. Welcome to my blog.

I created this so I can start posting more frequently in my fandom spaces without reviving my cursed headcanon blog from 2020/21. That’ll stay an archive and a personal use blog and I’ll use this one to engage in fandom stuff.

For now this will serve primarily as a Stranger Things/Byler blog, but I have so many interests and my fixations will inevitably change and this blog will do the same as a result.

I love writing! And making headcanons! If there’s anything you want to talk about or share do not hesitate to send me an ask :)

Ask my for fic recs too! I read a lot and would love to hunt something down for you or just have an excuse to share somebody else’s work in general.

Will Byers is also on the asexual spectrum and feels more comfortable doing things when he's the one in control of the situation partially because of the SA he experienced multiple times when he was younger where his bodily autonomy was literally stripped away from him so now he's not a fan of anyone trying to pin him down or take control of him and he needs a lot of trust building to feel safe

Also Mike is a fucking brat who loves just sitting there and looking pretty and knowing that he's driving Will insane

This is probably going to be the only time I’m weighing in on lawless Byler: Reminder that a good chunk of queer men are not exclusively tops or bottoms. They are often more fluid and versatile than that. Reminder also that sub and dom roles are not exclusive to top or bottom, play with those ideas, mix and match if you will. That being said, Top Will is also a possibility worth exploring (you’re telling me that the way Will was looking at Mike in that final scene wasn’t giving dom/top energy?) and should be seen more, especially since Will would probably have more knowledge of intimacy between men. Will has the potential to be a teacher for Mike and I think that should be expanded upon. Thank you for coming to my Ted Talk.
