Weâve said it before and weâll probably say it many times more, but itâs essential to consider â very carefully â the name, colour palette and logo design for your product before going live. Check that your brand isnât going to land you in trouble with your competitors, especially if theyâre bigger than you and have everything to gain by taking legal action to defend their stance. Â
