kids LOVE food. kids love treats. most people do actually. vee and sprout probably had the busiest floors back when the center was still open SPROUTS FLOOR IS THE MAIN DINER HELLO... even if you think their character is lacking them being what essentially is a snack dispenser is huge. theyre kind of the opposite of shelly in that way im sure they were Loved for their gimmick

cosmo gets easily annoyed by sprouts antics because theyre besties and its all in good fun but the moment it gets serious hes the sweetest most understanding guy ever. he will roll his eyes at sprout not taking the baking sesh seriously then notice that theyre actually not all there and its an instant switch up. "🙄 ... sprout? are you alright? 🥺"

i appreciate how spacey and distracted sprout is thats one of my favorite quirks of their character... its really charming especially considering they take on the leader role. they def space out as a stress response but they have to lock in so hard!!! i imagine it gets worse when cosmos not around like they can function without him fine enough but it really really sucks they feel sluggish and then they blink and the day is already over. he brings them down to earth... someone get that berry some addy... theyr suuuch a maladaptive daydreamer. replaying their memories with cosmo over and over fake memories eventually replaced with real ones... imagining the memories theyll make together in the future ouhhh..... also related they obviously have very cold rage its SCARY when they hit the . . . their vision blurs they freeze its like someone else takes over yknow. its just weird no one wants to mess with that. mama lets stare at the wall for hours

contrarian moment once again but the game mechanics being taken literally is. ehhh. i think the healers actually use meds n stuff and the food is premade to replenish energy and help the toons heal faster cuz something something toon biology. that being said cosmo taking chunks out of himself is something he does do but only. Only. in extreme circumstances. Now... as for cosmo post sprouts twisting. he can barely move he can barely think he cant bring himself to step into the kitchen. but he has to keep going. so at that point sure whatever yeah he couldnt care less about his own life

ive always been a "sprout twists before cosmo" truther but knowing what we know from sprouts totw thats absolutely how its supposed to go are you kidding. the parallels. different extremes of having to experience life without one another and realizing they dont want it. ohhh my god applying sprouts lines from the tape to cosmo makes them so much worse... like that was his sprout. the real sprout that he actually knew and got to form a relationship with. "i have memories with him but hes not here" can you fucking imagine. nobody move
