What to do if you know someone with DID and they switch in front of you

- Don’t make a big deal out of it

- say hello to whoever’s out

- check if they’re okay. Sometimes switches can be caused by trauma triggers

- Ask if they know where they are, what they’re doing, etc. If they don’t, tell them

- If the new alter fronting doesn’t like you, ask if they want you to stay or leave

Why did you change your URL?

we have changed this blog from a goblincore blog to an age regression blog to a system blog, since we have DID. we will still be occasionally posting age regression and goblincore things because one of our alters is 4 years old and one of them is a goblin. we hope you understand!

how can we make our alters louder?

hello, i’m arin, i’m the strongest alter in our newly diagnosed system. i front most of the time. i’m having a little trouble hearing and differentiating our voices from each other, and it makes it difficult to know who wants what unless that alter is fronting. does anyone know anything i can try to get everyone to get a little louder?

Hi… Please can you reblog if you are a newly discovered D.I.D./OSDD system? Or if you suffer from dissociation, or you’re trying to get a diagnosis, or you’re not sure what’s going on? If you’re only starting to uncover trauma or realise that you /might/ have been abused but can’t remember?

I’m very new to Tumblr and to thinking I might have d.i.d… it’s lovely to see systems that have started the healing process or know what’s going on, it gives me hope… But I also feel like I’m at the start and I’m alone in that…
